Terrible service and technicians are not qualified HVAC technicians just labourers. They "missed" nearly half the ducts and took forever. There are plenty of other companies out there , don't waste your time with these ones!

Amazing service, Jay and Carly went above and beyond! Eavestroughs are spotless after they removed the leaves, mud, even a sapling as well as wiping them down. Jay even reattached one of the downspouts that I didn't know was broken. Did I mention they're also the most cost effective company out there?? Don't bother with anyone else, just call Gutter Done!

The gentleman arrived more than an hour early, was very unprofessional by constantly calling me 'kiddo' (I'm 25) and touching my back. When I had originally called to make the appointment he tried to make it so I could have him come earlier than 430pm because then the furniture would be dry for when my kids get home (I don't have any children), I explained to him it wasn't possible and the time needed to be 430 or after. I wasn't having a lot cleaned, just a small love seat. He also tried to up the price from what he told me on the phone originally. He then proceeded to ask my mother if she was married, divorced, etc. I was not impressed.

Completely unprofessional - did not acknowledge their error when my item was not cleaned. No effort was made to remedy the situation. Not only was the service not rendered, but they were also very rude on the phone, and in person.
They did not apologize, and made it sound like it was my fault.
