Took a vintage silk dress there in my birthday. Told her how I wanted it altered. Got home to pull it out to find the straps were not only cut but not crossed in the back like designed. She said she didn’t remember and went ahead making them straight. I had provided a number so if she wasn’t sure she could’ve called instead of having my time before my bday dinner wasted driving back to have it done properly.
