Awful. Suit came out worse then when I brought it in. Suit never worn, just wanted it freshened up. Woman at the counter opens my garment bag half way, pulls everything through the small opening she made, wrinkling everything as she forces it through then tells me it'll have to be pressed because it's wrinkled. I get it back the next day with wrinkles in the pants and shirt. They also left staples in my pants. I paid 25$ to have to iron everything myself. Save yourself the trouble and stress and go up the road to the woman at the corner of fennel and upper Ottawa. You won't be disappointed.
