Showed up on time within the two hour window they gave us. The cleaners were polite and professional. April and Matt did a great job on our stinky basement carpet. Not all stains came out but I was more concerned with the smell (previous tenants had dogs so there was a bit of a smell) . Carpet was cleaned and deodorized at a very reasonable price.

Great first experience using this dry cleaner and alternations store! Brought in a winter coat in for cleaning and repair in addition to a pair of pants that needed alterations. This place totally exceeded my expectations on all fronts! I can hardly even see the stitching on the pants and the coat looks like new! Will definitely use again.
