Horrible, Horrible experience with this location. Dropped off two coats two months ago..attempted to pick up several times..closed when they were supposed to be open according to posted hours. Picked up my cleaning this morning, the woman ( who refused to give me her name) was aggressive and completely ignorant. I had provided a coupon when I dropped cleaning off. Apparently, it was misplaced. She refused to honour it. I said it may have been human error. She processed to call the owner THEN the poor young girl who was working the night I dropped it off. Two months ago!!!! Poor girl..how could she remember?? I said "good Lord I'll just pay it!!!" Good job Wrights, do not send coupons if you do not honour them. In the age of social media you should just honour you coupons seeing that there is competition on every corner and people can post negative reviews on line. Bad bad business practices.
