You will not find a better or friendlier place to bring your clothes for alterations. I have brought many items to be altered here. Yolly takes a lot of pride in her work and has excellent craftmanship. She takes the time to understand your needs and recommends the best way to complete this based on the clothes. I can trust that my garments will be handled professionally and be taken care of. Both owners are very friendly, helpful, honest people. I would highly recommend all their services to all. Love this place and the best compliment that I can give them is my continued business.

Great deal on duct & furnace cleaning! $99 includes cleaning of 1 furnace, vacuum hookup to supply and return ducts, 12 vents included (small house/town) $5 for extra vents. Add-ons $20 for dryer vent, plus you can add carpets for $25 a room.

You can get whatever you need here done but there appears to be no fixed prices. I’ve had things done and just been told a random number, so I ask beforehand to avoid discrepancies. The problem with that is it’s hard to interact with the lady who runs this shop. I feel like I annoy her by giving her my business. Sorry for paying you to help me? I’ve had very straightforward things done by her, so I don’t know if she’s actually good at what she does, but I haven’t had issues either. I don’t know if the prices are fair but I’d assume so given how busy and frazzled she comes off as. I’m all for small businesses, especially if women-owned, and immigrants making a better life for themselves here. I don’t know if this might be a cultural difference where customer service isn’t as valued wherever she’s from, I’m trying to keep an open mind as I don’t think she intends to come off as rude. At least you know you’re not dealing with someone fake, so I guess it depends how you look at all this. Just a head’s up: it’s cash only. Plus tax.

I decided to try this place as they said they do cleaning on site ( thought it might be faster) it was not the case still a 3-4 day wait. When I picked up my pants the attendant said something about the creases in my dress pants, I realized he decided on his own to put a crease in $200 designer dress pants (2) as they did not have creases ...they are not supposed to, On top of that the chemical smell is so bad I have had to take them to another cleaner as I cant even bring them in my house the chemical smell is so strong. 2 pairs of pants probably going to be garbage and the other 2 who knows if the chemical smell will come out. First and last visit.

My winter coat had a run-in with a can of WD40. There was a 12" diameter stain on the coat. Took it in and the gentleman in the store checked the label and it said "Do Not Dry Clean". The coat was ruined anyway so we decided we had nothing to lose. It turned out great....as good as new. And none of that typical "dry cleaning" smell. Having moved to Dundas recently, this will definitely be our "go-to" cleaner in the future.

Avoid working for them at all costs. FAVORTISM from the management. VERY POOR ‘training’, and a 30 year old Egomaniac Manager who tries to INTIMIDATE staff by CONSTANT THREATS of WRITE-UPS AND TERMINATION for work that we were NOT PROPERLY TRAINED to do by this particular Manager. “You SHOULD Know” is NOT proper training. NOT giving PROPER CODES for the radio and then EXPECT us to use it when we were NOT given these codes and THREATING STAFF with TERMINATION. You CAN’T sit in the food court to have your lunch on YOUR lunch break, it is AGAINST “Company policy”...unless of course you take off your uniform top. (Difficult if you are a female employee.). And lastly, if by any chance you walk in the mall 1/2 hour BEFORE your shift starts..heading towards the washroom and a Security Guard (particularly a female guard whom the manager is infatuated with) and she stands there gawking at you EXPECTING to clean up a mess she is standing near..make sure you WEAR A SWEATER over your uniform top...even if you HAVEN’T started your shift yet...even if it is 95 degrees out..she’ll complain to the Egomaniac Manager (who is infatuated with her) that I “WASN’T doing” my job..even though I had NOT started work yet. Yelling at employees and put-downs and CONSTANT THREATS OF TERMINATION AND WRITE-UPS were the norm from this particular Manager. If you value your self worth, AVOID working for this company ESPECIALLY in the Hamilton location at Lime Ridge Mall.

Clean, convenient and reasonably priced laundry service....employees are very friendly and welcoming. The wash and fold is an excellent option for those busy weeks. Thank you to the owners for keeping a laundry facility in Smithville

Super quick and great costumer service

You made a left turn in your white pickup as my family was crossing the road, we had the right of way and were pushing a child in a stroller. The correct way is to wait for pedestrians to fully cross before turning. Dick!
