Ruined my new suit. Terrible customer service.
Took my suit to be dry cleaned. Came back with 2 distinct burn marks on the front.
Tried to speak with the owner but she refused and made the nice lady at the front desk tell me it was the fault of the material. Would not give any further explanation and didn’t even entertain a request for a refund or compensation. Complete bs.
Been going there for 6 years. Won’t be back.
