I seek out Dr. Lay for Asian blepharoplasty (double eye lid surgery) back in 2016. He and his staff were very professional and helpful. The surgery went well and I’m very happy with the result. Highly recommended for anyone interested in double lid surgery or any other service he offers.

I had a mastopexy (breast lift) 5 years ago, and my areolas (nipples) are uneven. I went back for touch up work, and he butchered one of them in doing that. He might do good work on other people, but for some reason, I got poor treatment. I am left forever with the results. Has been too painful of an experience to write about until now….

I am 22 years old and I saw Dr. Pham about a year ago in September when I went to him for labiaplasty on my inner labia minora. He was very nice and informative, however when it came to the 2 consultations we had, he never asked to take a look at me to see what he would be working with until the day of the surgery. I let him know that I would like a majority of my labia minora trimmed off but would like a little bit left, a nice and clean tuck was all I wanted. Right before I entered the operating room, he confirmed that he would do the “trim” method rather than the “wedge” method as I requested, again having never seen what my labia minora looked like. I did think this was a red flag but proceeded to do the surgery anyway because of the low price and also because I was confident that he would leave me with satisfying results since he seemed to know what he was talking about in regards to the procedure and recovery. However, a year later I am all healed and I do have to say that he did not give me a small trim as requested, instead he amputated my inner labia. Amputation is the correct word because I no longer have any labia minora. I do not know why he did this or what happened during surgery for this type of outcome. I do feel disfigured and unsatisfied and I don’t believe there is anything that can be done to correct the problem or put some labia back. I am posting my review as a warning to other women who are interested in this procedure with this doctor. Please go to someone who is experienced in this type of work. I remember reading another review from someone stating that he is only experienced in breast augmentation procedures which I’m starting to believe is true. I have not reached out to him out of embarrassment and fear but may decide to do so in the near future now that I have found the courage to post this review. Thank you for reading.

I JUST had a mommy makeover (breast augmentation and full tummy tuck) less than 2 weeks ago. Let me start by saying what you see is what you get with Dr Struck and his awesome team. His bedside manner is down to earth, direct and patient. He answered all of my questions before and after my procedure and most of them were repetitive. The actual results surpass anything I could've dreamed of. The key is it's only been less than 2 weeks so I am going to continue to shrink and my body will settle. He runs a tight ship never missing a beat in communication and support. I visited both the Atherton and Los Gatos office and the teams are personable and sincere! I am so glad I happened upon Dr Struck!
