Dr Balikian performed a procedure on me this summer and I am so pleased with the results. He took the time to explain what would happen in a way I could understand. The entire staff is/was so nice and was available to answer questions or ease concerns. I have had two follow-up appointments and everything has progressed as expected. I would like to add that I followed all my instructions to the "T"! It is a joint venture and I believe my success is two-fold: having a great surgeon and being a good patient. I would definitely recommend Dr Balikian!

Had a insane scar from an emergency abdominal surgery that had a super hard time healing. Came in to see Dr. Samimi for a scar revision, the result was night and day. Great care, skilled work. After less than a year the scar is almost invisible. After all the pain of the original surgery and horrible scaring, it was so nice to heal so easily without any discomfort.

I am so happy with Dr. O'Neil, He was very honest right from the beginning. I had smart lipo done and I'm very happy with the outcome. He personally called me while on vacation to check on my recovery. The entire office staff was amazing. Would definitely recommend Dr. O'Neill and his team. Thank you very much.

I have been considering a tummy tuck for over 10 years, visited many doctors to "feel them out". I was about to give up my search for a doctor who felt HUMAN (and by "human" I mean a doctor who didn't treat me like just another number), when I visited AI. My first encounter with them was through Amy, who called me at home and listened to my concerns and insecurities. She shared with me her own experience with her tummy tuck. She made me feel at ease from day one. I made sure to give her a big hug when we met in person! On the day of my consultation, I was greeted by the most welcoming office and staff. Elizabeth at the front desk is always so helpful, always smiling and always goes above and beyond to treat you like a priority. I was already feeling the good vibes when I met Cristina, who assists Dr. W. She is not only knowledgeable, but she is kind and caring, and really listens to you! If there's something she's not sure of, she consults with Dr. W, and gets back to you ASAP. Oh! and she gives really good hugs, too! :) When I finally met Dr. W, I was already so happy with the office visit. But Dr. W just blew it out of the water. He sat down with me, took his time to TALK and LISTEN to me. He didn't make me feel insecure in any way. It really didn't feel like you were talking to a complete stranger about the most insecure parts of your body. He is so soft spoken, and so experienced, and you can truly tell that he LOVES what he does. I can tell he cares about you and loves making people happy. What else can you ask for in a doctor? The procedure was a total success. My results are ASTONISHING. My hubby was skeptical, but after he saw the work of art Dr. W performed, he is blown away! After surgery, the care is superior. Dr. W called on the night after surgery to see how I was doing. They see you every week, take your every call. They have assured a faithful customer in me! Would I recommend Dr. W and his staff to anyone who is considering a positive change in their body? ABSOLUTELY YES. You owe it to yourself to get the BEST treatment and care. I know many of you will still look around and yes, it's your right to do so. But take my word for it - AI and Dr. W are TOP NOTCH and you won't find this level of care and commitment anywhere. I am so happy right now because of Dr. W. 2018 is going to be the best year of my life so far!!!!

Great staff, Dr. Sarosy did a great job with my breast Augmentation. My next surgery is a tummy tuck. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Newman is an excellent plastic surgeon. I chose him because he is board certified and he is truthful in his assessment of what kind of outcome you could achieve with plastic surgery. I am very pleased with my results. Dr. Newman listened to my concerns and suggested the best course of treatment in order to acheive my goals. I would definitely recommend him to others.

Said I wouldn't be able to read for a week or so after eyelid surgery, then gave post-op directions in 10 pt font! Also no warnings about post-op nerve damage possibilities, which were severe. Would not recommend.

I have seen Dr. Yen twice--once for a dog bite to the face and once for a broken metacarpal. The dog bite healed very well and is now barely visible. The broken metacarpal was a tougher fix, but Dr. Yen did a great job. He perfectly placed two pins in the broken bone and let it heal for 4 weeks. Once he removed the pins, Dr. Yen sent me to an OT who took great care of me during my recovery. I quickly regained full mobility in my once-broken hand and the sites where the pins once were are barely visible. Dr. Yen is precise in his work and cares about his patients. You will be in good hands with him.

I called and spoke with Jessica and made an appointment for the Monterey location on June 7, 2016 at 1:30 p.m. come to find out they scheduled me at the Scotts Valley location. Dr. Pletsch shares an office with another doctor. The other doctor's staff knew that I was upset after delivering the message that Dr. Pletsch and staff left for the day. They gave me her card to call the Scotts Valley office. I called and spoke to Andrea and was given so many excuses saying "mistakes and errors happen & there's nothing they can do about that" I conveyed to her that I should be compensated for my time and gas to be at this appointment and she again said "mistakes and errors happen & there's nothing they can do about that" I asked her to have Barbara, the office manager, call me. Never got a call back so I called back at 1:42 p.m. and Jessica answered and said Barbara just left. Informed her that I left a message earlier and asked her why didn't she call me back? Jessica's reply was that she'll have her call me back when she returns, as she chuckled. Told her that was no laughing matter and didn't appreciate her laughing at the situation. Still no call so called Barbara back at 4:35 p.m. Finally spoke to Barbara and she just sugar coated everything stating that she apologized for Jessica laughing at me and that it was just a nervous tick she has when she gets nervous just like her own granddaughter. Also this does not give her an excuse to call me a liar by saying that I specifically told her I wanted my appointment in Scotts Valley. I live in Salinas, for pete's sake. Why would I want to have my appointment in Scotts Valley instead of Monterey. Please, give me a break! She still insisted that I told her I wanted my appointment in Scotts Valley. At the end, I NEVER did not get any satisfaction in regard to my being upset about the whole thing. Dr. Pletsch please take a look at your staff. They are very unprofessional and I would not recommend any of my friends to you because of your staff's unprofessionalism.

Dr. Churukian has transformed the appearance of my skin. He is a fantastic plastic surgeon; I wouldn't consider going to anyone else.
