I loved The Spa at South Bay Plastic Surgeons! This is a true medical spa- the results in my skin are truly amazing. I had tiny little red veins around my nose and they were zapped away with a laser. My eyebrows have been disappearing and now they beautifully frame my face and tattooing them was the best decision I've ever made. I'm so glad I went here as the results are so natural but it took ten years off! Also, I got great advice on products and have notice an amazing improvement in my skin tone and trxture which I did not expect after only a few weeks of use. I will go back for BOTOX and some other things as they are true medical professionals and their expertise is obvious.

I cant say how much i appreciate Dr.Rosso and all his staff here. I was his patient for about three months and everyone was always friendly and professional and I never once had a bad experience. I had crushed the muscles in my leg when my motorcycle fell on it. To relieve pressure the ER surgeon had to open my leg about 10-12inches on either side. Dr.Rosso performed the surgery to close the wounds later with skin grafts. All my follow up care was done by Dr.Rosso himself and he always made sure I knew the progress of my care and always was happy to answer any questions I had. He taught me know how to properly care for my skin grafts and every medical professional who has seen them has said what an amazing job he has done. I'm still recovering but I know I would not be making the progress I have been if it had not been for Dr.Rosso's skill in what he does. If you have a procedure you would like to do or like me needed reconstructive surgery from an accident, this is the doctor you want.

I went through with a gynecomastia surgery about 6 months ago and the end result is not what I was expecting, even though the service was great and the price attractive I would advise getting a surgeon with more experienced in the specific area that you want to get operated on.

The Best Of The Best Of Surgeons! Staff Is Very Friendly & Reassuring.

For work purposes I needed to close my stretched ear lobes, I heard about Dr. Pearson through a friend who said he did a great job with her surgery. The same day as my consultation I was so happy with how nice Dr. Pearson was and when he explained how simple the surgery would be, I decided to get the procedure the same day. My ear lobes were stitched up without any pain during surgery and were only sore that night. The after care was very simple, just some cleaning and keeping them moist. Dr. Pearson gave me a call throughout the week to make sure everything was going smoothly. After one week I had the stitches removed and they looked great already. I was so happy with the minimal scar this prodedure left. Dr. Pearson takes his work seriously while giving his patients a friendly attitude. My ear lobes look so great, I recommend Dr. Pearson for ear lobe reconstruction and any other facial plastic surgery.
