I have had such a great experience with Dr. Romano and his office assistant Gwen that I simply had to post this review to acknowledge and educate those out there who are seeking a plastic surgeon. After doing my homework on several different surgeons for quite some time, I decided to visit with Dr. Romano first, who was highly recommended to me by a college friend. Once I met with him, I didn't feel the need to meet with any other doctor and these are the many reasons why. First of all, the office is centrally located in SF and it is new and modern, and I never had to wait when I arrived for my appointments. Dr. Romano consistently answered all my questions and concerns before and after my surgery. He provided me with resources, education, step by step do's and dont's among the many other homeopathic recommendations for faster healing. When choosing a plastic surgeon whether medical or elective or both, it was important to me to have someone who knew how to listen. I also wanted honesty for realistic results and expectations. I couldn't be happier with the outcome and my overall recovery. I was able to make my trip to Peru 10 days after my surgery, which was fabulous ! I wholeheartedly recommend this doctor for his experience, credentials, bedside manner, technique, approach, and so much more !

This is such a great practice. Everyone is very friendly, knowledgeably, and I was made feel very comfortable. This review is for Natalie!!! She is amazing. I came in for an IPL and it went really well. I had a full face and neck treatment. I have never got any type of laser treatment before so it was a little nerve wracking but Natalie made me feel so comfortable. She guided me through every step of the procedure! It was amazing! My skin looks fantastic I can't believe it! I feel really good and I can't wait for the next treatment! Thanks to everyone at Dr David Kim's practice.

I just tried my first chemical peel! I had a great experience at Bourget Skin with their "Red Carpet Peel" The aesthetician, Heather, has a wonderful calming, down-to-earth presence that is very reassuring. She took her time to explain every step of the process from cleaning and prepping my face to applying the chemical itself. Dr. Bourget even came in to check in on me while the peel was working its magic! Their attention to my comfort was genuine and thoughtful. Pain factor: completely tolerable. As the peel is applied, it burns (like a sunburn) for 8 to 10 seconds and then subsides entirely. I was sent on my way with super helpful after-care instructions; my skin was tingly for a couple hours that night and I sort of forgot about it. There's definitely peeling, as the name suggests. But after a week, most of it was over with. It's now been 4 weeks and the results are in full effect: my face is smoother, brighter, more even, and my pores can no longer be seen from space. It was refreshing to have them take time with me and not feel rushed through the process, as is the case in most doctor's offices. I'm so relieved to have chosen the right place and look forward to going back!!

Wow, I don't even know where to start. From the first time I called the office and spoke with his amazing staff, to going in to my first consultation, having my breast augmentation and seeing the finished result, I am continuously been in awe!! Dr. Parhiscar has stellar bedside manner and truly listens to his patients. There was no question that was off limits. He made me feel so comfortable and at ease. Dr. Parhiscar took the time to explain and answer every question that I imagined in my head. My healing time was quick and I had minimal to no scarring around my nipple. I am very pleased and even contiplated going bigger (450/500cc) after about a month of healing. Once again, Dr. Parhiscar took the time to listen to my concerns and desires for a bigger size (650cc). He gave me his honest opinion, that I should not go bigger and just give my body time to heal. I still was super adamant about making them bigger, so he finally agreed. Thankfully, I waited a few more months and didn't go in for my second augmentation, because my breast finally settled and I am now a DD!!. I am so happy that he didn't just say yes, but made me think about having the procedure twice when I didn't need it. I would go to Dr. Parhiscar again and again, because he is just that awesome!!

Awesome Doctor! He explained everything along the way and what I could expect with my treatment (removed scars from previous surgeries). He was available at ALL hours (he provides his cell phone #) by phone or email through out my recovery. His work far surpassed my expectations and I couldn't be happier. His staff is amazing and able to answer any questions. He, lucky for me, is a perfectionist in his work creating incredible results.

I was referred to Dr Pacella by another plastic surgeon who I hold in high esteem. I had a skin cancer removed from my lower eyelid by Mohs surgery. Dr Pacella repaired this area in a two step procedure done over a months time. During that time I visited both offices and found the staff in both to be very professional and caring. Dr Pacella always took the time to answer my question and understand my concerns. The area that was removed was fairly extensive yet friends and family were not able to detect any change in the eye's appearance. I feel very confident in recommending Dr Pacella.

Pleasant, careful, gentle. Dr. Camberos removed a facial lesion painlessly and left not a trace of a scar. An excellent surgeon. Highly recommended.

I had the Lose My Love Handles procedure this week at Dr. Sherman's Del Mar Cosmetic Medical Center. This is the same procedure Dan Sileo has been talking about on the radio for the last couple weeks - In fact Dan says he is also going in this week for the same thing. Just like Dr. Sherman said - I was up and around the very next day and back in their office for a post check up the next morning! This has got to be one of the fastest and easiest procedures to recover from. Super excited at the results - and special thanks to Vanessa, Susan and all the support staff for the excellent treatment before and after.
