Great experience with a true professional and very experienced plastic surgeon and team. Dr. Valero uses state of the art procedures for magical results. Very relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. Dr. Valero actually talks to, and has a personal relationship with his patients...you will not be passed on to an assistant! Amazing prices on all procedures also! I highly recommend Dr. Valero for any procedures with proven outstanding results!

This guy should be banned from performing any type of surgeries. I got my rhinoplasty done around June 2020. I waited well over a year to be fair and allow for swelling to go down. The day after surgery I immediately noticed how uneven my nostrils were. I brought it to his attention and he brushed it off saying it was due to swelling. When I met with him for the cast removal I brought it up again and he said he would charge me $100 MORE to make the good nostril like like the bad one. Not once did he apologize or own up to his mistakes. My tip was lifted although we agreed he would not lift my tip, my bridge has a weird indentation, scars are extremely noticeable and ugly due to his sloppy stitches, nostrils are extremely uneven and shaped differently. I also suffer from breathing problems which is due to a deviated septum that I DID NOT have before surgery. This “surgeon” lacks so much empathy, professionalism, and talent.

I had lost 140 lbs in two years. I was extremely proud of what I had accomplished, but I did not like the extra skin and saggy butt and breasts. I really wanted to have surgery, but knew that I could not afford to do all that I wanted to do in the states. So, I did a lot of research and decided that CosMed was for me. I had surgery at CosMed September 5th 2017 with Dr. Alejandro Quiroz. I had a full body lift, Brazilian butt lift, breast lift with implants and arm lifts. I know that is way more surgery to have done at one time than the norm. Dr. Quiroz did tell me ahead of time that he would not promise to do everything I wanted. Safety was a first priority for him. But since my labs were excellent, he said he would see how the surgery progressed and how I was tolerating it, then he would decide if it was safe to continue. Thankfully, he was able to do everything I wished! I can not express enough how wonderful the care and attention was that I had during my 2 week stay. I was visited daily by a doctor. The nurses were very attentive and took the very best care of me. I can honestly say that the care there was far better than you could ever receive in the states. The food was delicious and the rooms were very nice and very clean. Even after I came home, Dr. Quiroz called me weekly, then bi-weekly or so, to check on me to see how I was doing even after I was home for nearly 3 months after surgery. I also have to say, that my bariatric doctor in Austin, Tx saw me recently and looked at Dr. Quiroz’s work. He was very impressed with how good I looked and how everything was healing. I absolutely love my new body! Thank you so much Dr Quiroz,your entire staff and the recovery boutique for everything. It was a wonderful experience and I highly recommend CosMed for any of your cosmetic surgical needs.

Dr. and staff were great. Doctor is a very compassionate man who understands the problems of a patient. I will look forward to surgery with him. He was wonderful. I was comfortable and at ease in his office and with his staff. A+

I have really bad dark under eye circles and had IPL which is a laser under eye treatment which really works and my dark circles are vanished now :) ! Really nice staff and doctor would recommend!!!
