By far the best Doctor I have ever visited! Dr. Hoefflin is patient, understanding, professional and he really listens to any concerns/questions that you may have. I could not recommend him more highly for Botox or Breast Augmentation. I am extremely happy with the results of my surgery and then started seeing Dr. Hoefflin for injections. I have been referring him to all of my friends. The office and staff are extremely gracious, comfortable, and a more than friendly environment. Very comfortable and friendly environment..

Bad experience talking to front-desk/receptionist lady regarding a possible consultation. She was unprofessional, rude and condescending. That lady is definitely not well in the head.

WORST EXPERIENCE and they refused to refund me the $200 visit! Upon arrival I was greeted by your staff and they were friendly and accommodating, which I appreciated.  This was my first visit to your office and regrettably it was not the experience I had hoped for. My appointment was at 10 am and 45 minutes had gone by and had not even been seen by the staff member.  Once I was seen by your staff member she went over a few things and asked questions with regards to what my goals are.  After that she had made me aware that you had not arrived for my appointment, which by this time made you well over an hour late.  This was my first time receiving a consultation with regard to plastic surgery, and with not having any previous knowledge, I would have hoped this would have been an educational experience. I was disappointed with the fact that you spent no more than 5 minutes with me and spoke in medical terms which I did not understand.   In my opinion each potential patient should be provided with detailed information with regard to a life altering decision. It is discouraging to move forward with a surgical procedure with so little information and had having to pay $200 for a consultation with minimal interaction between the Physician and patient.  Shortly after you and I met the assistant directed me back to her office at which point she had asked which procedures you recommended.  I found it very difficult to explain and she referred to my chart. After reviewing the chart she provided me with a quote that had little to no financial detail with the exception of the total cost. There were several fees that were noted on the quote, however they were not itemized but just "included" in the total cost. I was extremely uncomfortable with not being provided a breakdown of the total cost and expressed my concerns to the assistant.  Rather than properly inform me she chose to pressure me into scheduling an appointment. She did provide information with regard to other financial options but yet again continued to not provide the breakdown of the total cost. As a result I became very overwhelmed and uncomfortable with the entire process.

Dr Panossian is extremely professional and provided with excellent service during my surgery and follow up appointment. I would definitely recommend him to friend, family and anyone needing his services.

I was looking for a doctor to perform a lower lid blepharoplasty and interviewed three doctors prior to my consult with Dr. Sepehr. I also read all the reviews on him and was astounded at all of the positive ratings. Dr. Sepehr is a gueniunely kind and thoughtful human being. He didn't take me to a procedure room and poke at my face, instead he took me into an office so he could get to know me and what I wanted. His gentle demeanor and kind-heartedness assures you that he truly is interested in making you feel better about yourself. He never once mentioned his "credentials" or spoke of his greatness...he is extremely humble. My lower lid bags were pretty severe and I really didn't expect much more than a 50% improvement. What I received is at least an 80% improvement and it is only day four after my surgery. I did not suffer any after surgery pain and never even took the prescription pain meds. I also did not have any blue or purple bruising. Now for his staff...WOW! They mirror Dr. Sepehr's high level of customer care. I have listened to their tone as they spoke with other patients and to each other and they are always gentle and kind. If you are looking to have anything done to your face, please, make an appointment with him...you will be so very happy you did!

What an amazing plastic surgeon! I carefully interviewed four different, well-known doctors and decided on Dr. Ambe for many reasons. His office staff is personable and professional, which in my eyes is a reflection of the doctor. During the consultation, Dr. Ambe carefully listened to my requests and gave me honest feedback so that I knew exactly what to expect. The surgery center was state of the art and exceptionally clean. The anethesiologist was A+ along with the surgery staff. Post surgery, my results have exceeded my expectations which I never thought to be possible. I'm sure there are a lot of wonderful plastic surgeons in Newport Beach...I feel like I went with the absolute best and I couldn't be happier.

The receptionist and nurse are great, full of information and ready to help. Dr Otero, not so much. I've seen him for a fractured pinky a total of 4 times, plus surgery and I can say I wish I went with someone else. I never get any information just told when to make the next appointment. I dealt with the bad bedside manners, the pain as my stitches were pulled out by him with no warning, and no knowledge of what was going on let alone how long my hand was going to take to heal. Just today my "cast" (a metal finger splint and wrap that was a pain to keep on) was finally taken off, again nothing said just my finger being twisted around (again without warning, extreme pain) and instructions as he was walking away; that I could clean my hand when I got home. As I was cleaning the dried skin off I noticed, that a stitch had been missed, and had to remove it myself. Seriously... I was told he was the best there was and I was in good hands, if this is good hands God help us....

I have gone to Pure Skin Solutions and each time it is a treat. The owner greats you with hospitality and ready for assisting her clients. They have wonderful products as well as other services to beautify or may I say enhance oneself's own features being facials, advanced skin care as well as consultation for any other advance beautifying...Recently I had the opportunity to partake in a consultation for weight loss and I appreciated how the Dr took his time to speak with me in such detail not only on my current state but where we can go with this program. Love it...love it..love it....a must go!!!!

Yes, he does a lot of tests, but I tell you what, it works! I took my mom to see Dr.Lyon as I know how diabetes could blind her. His techs were great. They checked everything. And Dr.Lyon was meticulous. He found blind spots in her eyes, cataracts and the strange nerve damage from glaucoma! He even sent her to another specialist who did even more tests and confirmed Dr.Lyon's suspicions. My mom is now on drops for glaucoma. Thank you for keeping on checking her and saving her sight Dr.Lyon! Ciao! Very comprehensive 😊

Dr. Park is amazing! I've been wanting to get double eyelid surgery for quite some time now. My monolids were my biggest insecurity. I could not leave the house without wearing heavy eye make up such as thick eyeliner and thick false eyelashes. Occasionally, the eyeliner would smear and get into my eyes. Tape and glue would be difficult for me because by mid day the glue and/or tape wouldn't work anymore. I came to Dr. Park for my upper blepharoplasty. He gave me his personal insight about my eyes, and a lot of information about the procedure. During the procedure, I didn't feel any pain to my surprise. He was gentle! I'm usually afraid of needles but he made the procedure comfortable for me. Many of my friends have taken notice and complimented me. Make up application has been so much easier! I have even started to weak little to no make up going outside. Thanks to Dr. Park! I love my results! For anyone who might think about getting upper blepharoplasty, I recommend Dr. Park!

This office has some of the nicest doctors and staff. They are always fast to get me in when I need to see the doctor.
