Dr Kurtzman, Jennifer, Jenn and Claire are a wonderful group of individuals that have made me feel so welcomed and accepted. Dr Kurtzman has made me feel so confident and Jenn does an awesome facial. Jennifer and Claire are the sweetest office staff one may have to greet patients!

I came to this office after purchasing Venus Freeze/Legacy from the Orlando office where Chelsey Bishop recommended I purchase them for my abdomen after my TriSculpt procedure. I then started going to this office in Cincinnati, Ohio but was not seeing results on my abdomen at all after 8-10 visits. I was told by office manager, Sherry Jones, that these treatments did not work well on the abdomen and should be used on areas like the face where it helps with collagen production. Keep in mind this procedure came highly recommended by a Sono Bello employee and cost me over $2,000. Why would you allow me to have 8-10 treatments before telling me this? To further add to my disappointment I had to drive 2.5 hours 1 way to get to this office. After making a compIaint, I was given 5 extra treatments which I decided to use on my face. No one explained to me that the heat could cause broken blood vessels on my cheeks. Afterwards, they tried to act like they told me and then acted as if this was a preexisting condition which really upset me. Also, when further dealing with Sherry on making a complaint against my previous TriSculpt procedure I was not at all impressed with her. She was EXTREMELY rude, impatient and gave a lot of attitude. I can not believe she is an employee there much less a manager. VERY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE HERE AND WITH SONO BELLO IN GENERAL!! WISHED I COULD GET MY $7K BACK AND GO ELSEWHERE!!

Dr. Mangat was very informative and answered my questions. The office staff was always helpful and considerate. I am very happy with follow up care and results of my procedure. I wanted to fix my nose for the last 20 years and I am glad I finally made the decision to have it done. I wish I would have done it sooner.

I highly DO NOT recommend Dr. Poulos. When you come to her with questions and concerns after surgery she makes you feel as if your concerns are not worthy of her attention and she has zero compassion. She just wants your money and for you go get out the door! Horrible personality and staff is also unfriendly. Huge regret ! Experienced problems after surgery also. Did she care? Nope! "Get out, your fine!"

Dr.Poulos took her time with me during my consult. I felt like I knew exactly what to expect. My results are just what I expected. The office staff was helpful and informative.

I have had the pleasure of working with Katherine and the staff at Bartels Facial Rejuvenation and must say the professionalism is world class and you can tell they really care about their patients well being and needs. If you are looking for a doctor with great bedside manner and a staff with the same then look no further. Not only will you get the results you want but you will feel comfortable and assured you are in the right hands.

Dr. Waldman is the most personable, kind Plastic Surgeon I have met, and I interviewed quite a few before my mastectomy. I am so glad I found him for my surgeries and implant. He is an amazing Doctor, and I highly recommend him for breast implants. Thank you for caring about my progress this year!
