Cosmetic/Plastic Surgery

I went to see Dr Burke over what was an infected epideral cyst which is easily taken care of with a simple lance & Drain procedure. Dr Burke from the beginning seemed to be a bit lost, and not really sure how to treat my condition. Seeing the cyst and abscess was on my face it was a pretty serious situation, and he acted like he had to hurry up and get me in and out so he could go on lunch.....Dr Burke proceeded to misdiagnose my condition and cut my face in the WRONG SPOT, not only did he cut the wrong spot, he made a 1" incision ON MY FACE!!!.....he drained it, stitched me up and sent me on my way looking like frankenstien!.....Not only did he butcher my face, he did NOTHING to address the original issue, and my stitches started oozing staph infection a few weeks later......he put me on no antibiotics, and did not pack the wound with gauze like he was supposed to.....3 years after all this, i am dealing with redness and inflamation of the scar due to cutting into an infected area....i recently had the original cyst come back due to the fact Dr Burke lanced the wrong area.....i have tried several times to have Dr Burke try and figure out a solution but he was lost, with no idea what to do.....i came into ECMC's ER and waited from 3pm to 9pm with a golfball size cyst on my face ready to pop and leak into my bloodstream.....yet Dr Burke in denial of his mistake was having me see a DENTIST because he assumes the infection is coming from another place.....so, i left for a 2nd opinion and had it lanced and drained at Millard Filmore Suburban with 20 mins.....they lanced one tiny hole that is already gone in 3 weeks, and they also packed with gauze and put me on a 17 day bactrin (antibiotics) script, Dr Burke recommended that i now see an ENT, the same diagnosis was made, as originally thought it was diagnosed as a skin issue, not a dental issue or anything else......and i now have to go see a plastic surgeon to address the origin scare Dr Burke neglected and Dr Burke now refuses to see me due to fear of lawsuit......if you care at all about what you will look like, or more importantly your health, do NOT go to this "DR"...take my experience as a lesson to what will happen

I had my surgery on 8-23-17. Want to give credit to Dr. Giacobbe's staff all of the ladies are amazing and caring. Next day of my surgery had to go see Dr. Giacobbe and Nancy went out side and help me to get out of the car. Dr. Giacobbe did a excellent job, still recovering. 5 Star to his Staff!!!

Went to see Dr. Koch for a Kybella consult and treatment. The staff was helpful and pleasant throughout the treatment. Dr. Koch was very informative and knowledgeable about the treatment, costs, and made himself available at anytime if I had questions or concerns. I would definitely recommend Dr. Koch and his staff if you are considering Kybella or any of his services he offers in his practice. I am 100% happy with the result.

Very professional staff. Dr Hassanali is personable, helpful, assuring and totally competent to diagnose and address all ones concerns. I fail to understand any negative comments that were expressed in previous postings. Could it be that there were unrealistic expectations?

Dr. Hurley put a drain in My wife's eye to replace a clogged tear duct. He really goes out of his way to explain everything and goes the extra mile with his surgery and treatment afterwards. First rate !

This place doesn't even warrant 1 star! I have gotten fillers and lips done many times by the best plastic surgeons. My experience in the past is that the plastic surgeon will actually listen to what you want and make suggestions...not look at you with a blank stare and not look at the picture of how you would like your lips to look. No personality at all... I should of left but I figured how can a plastic surg screw this up. I have never had my lips or fillers done the way he did it. #1 he injected Juvederm in the center of my lips on each side top and bottom and this is why they were completely uneven with lumps!!!!! Who does that?!?! #2 he just injected the fillers into my face in a blob. He said I should smooth the areas out over the next couple of days.......what?!? Outcome... two big lumps in between my eyes and painful, uneven lips and lumpy, lumps on my face where he injected and didn't fill the areas on my face that I requested. Do not go to this Place in Orchard park!!!!! I have no experience with the one in Buffalo other then dealing with the rude and not helpful at all office manager.. she wants me to drive 8 hrs to come back and see the doc who did this. I have sent pictures and nope not good enough. I wouldn't have this Doctor( the only Dr. who works in the Orchard park office) try to correct or touch my face ever again!!!!! Trust me DONT GO HERE!!!! Find a different more experience plastic surgeon. I do want to add that the receptionist was very professional and extremely polite.

I had a great experience with Dr.Matic. He was always pleasant and smiling and made me feel very comfortable. He has great people skills and his work is amazing. I would highly recommend him. He is also very easy on the eyes so that's a bonus.

Thanks to the procedure performed, I have PTSD and massive scarring. I now have to see another plastic surgeon to repair the mess Dr. B made.

My friend Barbie Cameron had surgery last Wed. what a great job cutie! Only thing she needs to see you because a bit looks a little too red? But U can't tell Barbie anything as U already know. Call her at 705-495-4815, she'll be mad I text U. Oh well.

This review is about the esthetician only, not the laser clinic boxtox etc., the spa services are SO...............over priced you would think they were using gold. I checked this place out while staying in North Bay for work, however their prices are over the top. I did go for a pedicure, not worth the money- save your money I would not recommend, unless you are going for medical treatment covered by a plan, for spa services, rediculously expensive...no ambiance....not a spa environment.

I had attending the clinic for almost a year, and my skin is more evenly, rest and younger looking. I really like the medical aesthetician advice and planning to work on myself face and body. Dr. Siki is a great person to deal with and very happy overall with all his team. Thank you for your effort to continue keepping me young.
