Cosmetic/Plastic Surgery

Impossible to get appointment on day you need. They do not accomodate you whatsoever. I had an appointment on a Saturday. I was late for a couple minutes and the esthetician was already gone and never contacted me to verify if I was going to show up. I tried to call at least 3 times earlier to let them know I'll be a couple minutes late (due to construction on highway - yes, I have to drive 1 hour each way, which is a total of 2 hours just to go to that clinic) but nobody ever picked up. When I call to try to reschedule, they made it impossible for me so I had to just forget about it (what a waste of time and money!!). No need to say that to even get this saturday appointment initially, I had a difficult time. The first time I call (in May), they say that all saturday's appointments are full for this month, when I call back in June, they say the esthetician is sick so no appointment can be made for that month, when I call in August, they can finally book something for September. So, call 4 months in advance to make sure you can get an appointment!...Anyway, I think I wasted enough time with this clinic!!

Dr. Mark and his staff are top notch! Very comforting environment, and the logistics of his in house surgery center make all the difference. I would highly recommend him for both his skill and for the overall positive and convenient experience!

The staff were amazing and caring. Rio and Tiffany really want your experience to be the best. Dr. Williams truly cares and takes pride in his work. He explains everything that he is doing. They make sure your comfortable during the whole procedure. I truly recommend Renaisaunce Plastic Surgery if you want to look and feel fabulous.

Dr Schenden is fantastic! He and his staff are professional and courteous. They are kind and always on time. The Dr always gives you the time to discuss whatever you need, he's not in a rush or hurry to leave the room. My results are absolutely amazing!

Firstly, I had other consultations with plastic surgeons about liposuction and never committed or felt comfortable until I met Dr. John Trupiano. From the moment I met him and his staff, I felt important and comfortable alongside their professionalism and kindness. I told my story and what I was hoping to achieve and I was given so much of Dr. Trupiano's time with all my questions and concerns. He was kind, professional, honest, and optimistic and compassionate. He gave me all the pros and cons so there would be with no surprises. I immediately felt comfortable because I then knew I was in amazing hands. This procedure was great for me because I was sculpted and given a shape I was working towards with diet and exercise. My aftercare was also incredible with much followup on my progress. I would highly recommend Dr. Trupiano for any cosmetic/plastic surgery. He also does my Botox and it always looks incredible. He truly is talented and cares for his patients. Thank you for all you have done for me Dr. Trupiano and staff.

I just had my lower and upper eyes done two weeks ago and I am already amazed at the results. Dr. Danish and her staff are friendly, warm, and professional. Very happy with the results! I would highly recommend. I look forward to getting additional services done. Thank you!

if you're going in for laser don't. they will rip you off,by using laser machine on low power ,you will never know,it took few years and few thousand $'s to understand,just find a another place

I set up an appointment for consultation, didn’t see Dr. Dean, did some test, and they informed me that I didn’t qualify for OHIP, I said fine I would like to proceed anyway at my cost. They have never gotten back to me over a month ago. I will be going to Toronto to get my service done, at least they are professional enough to get get back to and get the work done. I feel his staff is doing Dr. Dean a disservice. I would never recommend this office for that reason. H. Andrews
