Office management is poor.
1st visit, no one greeted me in the office and I was there for like 10 min. Finally, I stood in front of the desk, four people behind the desk not one looked up and greeted me. I had to be the one to say HI my name is patient blah blah. It was embarrassing!
2nd visit, took the day off work with out pay for a mid morning appointment. The building is closed! I'm home now and still no one has called me to tell me my appointment isn't valid. This is not good.

He is such a wonderful person, as well as a skilled surgeon! I was suffering from a radiation infection following Inflammatory Breast Cancer treatments. He fixed me up and cleared the infection! It has taken a while for my body to heal, as radiation damages the surrounding tissue, but I am so happy that I chose him to be my plastic surgeon!
