Went to Artisan Cosmetic Surgery to get 2 cysts removed, both in spots that were very visible and i was concerned about scarring. Dr. Gupta was very friendly, the office staff was very welcoming and he had 2 locations for convenience. Dr. Gupta explained in detail my recovery and not to worry about how it looked right after surgery as it takes time to heal. So after surgery he was right I was concerned it looked bumpy from the internal stitches and some swelling but now after 2 months the scar line is barely there and its smooth. So glad i decided to go to him to get the cysts removed he was so honest about the recovery and expectations i couldn't imagine going somewhere else. Thanks so much.

In life we are made to believe, "if it seems to good to be true," then most likely it is not true. However, when it comes to the masterful cosmetic surgical practice of Dr. Ditesheim, this ideal is not true. The very moment that the procedure was complete, I visually realized that "if it is to good to be true," then it has to be true, for Dr. Ditesheim had changed my body forever. For any guy out there that is contemplating liposuction, I say go for it, it is really a life changing experience. Furthermore, I 100% recommend Dr. Ditesheim, he is experienced, professional and understands the surgical point of view and needs of the male body.

Dr. Urbaniak and his staff are friendly, kind and accommodating to each patient's needs. You really are treated like a family member. I love the european facial and microderm crystal peel combo for only $100. I'm there a full 1.5 hours. Very relaxing and my skin feels great!

Dr.loessin is amazing! Totally recommend him! And Catherine the coordinator is a sweetheart and so where crystal and Luna the assistants. Great place over all fast and very concerned and detailed.

Had surgery last year and I am absolutely thrilled with the results. I appreciate how honest realistic Dr. Shektman was regard ing the procedure and my specific goals. Dr. Romanelli, his nurse practitioners, and all of his staff are very welcoming and genuine. I felt comfortable immediately after stepping foot in his office. I was very apprehensive about my procedure (a breast reduction), but Dr. Romanelli put me at ease. He did not push surgery on me; he discussed non-surgical options as well as risks vs. benefits and possible physical and emotional outcomes, but ultimately the decision was one I made on my own. Having already tried most of the non-surgical alternatives, I opted for the surgery. The office staff took care of all the legwork (insurance, paperwork, etc.), so I had one less thing to worry me before and after the procedure. After my surgery, I am more confident that I've ever been in my adult life and I wish I'd had the opportunity to do this sooner. Every day, I'm happier than I was the day before. Thank you!

In 2011, at the age of 36, I made two appointments at Austin Weston. One was for a general consultation with one of the doctors. The assistant and doctor (I can’t recall which one) were very attentive and listened to everything I said. At one point, the doctor called in the other two doctors in the practice and they all examined my areas of concern and offered their suggestions. I thought it was impressive that they all took the time and effort to give me the best consultation they could - and it was free. In my second appointment a few weeks later, I wanted injections in my upper lip (which was not discussed in the consultation, rather we discussed other methods to achieve my goals). But I figured why not give it a try as a “bridge procedure”. The nurse got me settled into the examination room and even opened the syringe package in preparation for the doctor. He came in and curiously looked at and gently pressed on my face. After his exam, he told me he did not want to inject my upper lip because it was actually full, and if he did, I would look like a duck (lol). He was right. Then I reminded him of the initial consultation and how we discussed a lip lift, and he agreed if I wanted the result I envisioned, that was the preferred procedure (which would be permanent, more aesthetically pleasing, and way cheaper in the long run). My upper lip is full, it just needs a little lift to expose the fullness. He even tried to find somewhere else to inject me, but I simply didn’t have any wrinkles to “inject”. He told me with a smile that he didn’t want to inject me at all. He told me not to waste my money - to go buy a nice pair of shoes instead (please don’t read any condescension in that, he was sincere). And saying this while his practice likely took a loss due to the already opened injection package. I was further impressed by this encounter. Fast forward to 2018, now 43, I’m finally ready mentally and financially to go forward with the procedures we discussed. I’m glad I waited. I’m setting up my third appointment this week ;) I highly recommend Austin Weston!

Dr. Castellano in staff was absolutely amazing when I came in for my consultation. Answered all my questions and explained everything in detail. Dr. Castellano and staff are also fast to respond via email and phone with any further questions I had. I’m looking forward to my procedure in February!

I have been seeing Karen Whitney since she joined Dr. Mendelsohn's practice. Karen is incredibly knowledgable, patient and helpful. She is a wonderful resource and always gives the best professional advice. I use her for Botox and fillers and she has never disappointed me with her work. She is a true asset to Dr. Mendelsohn's practice and is the main reason why I go to that office. I have the utmost confidence that every time I leave Karen I will look my best.

I had a bilateral mastopexy with Dr Craig Rubinstein & his team on March 8th 2017. What started as me attending Cosmetic Surgery For Women's (CSFW) info night in January, turned into a consultation 5 days later & then surgery. Let's start with Craig, he is so informative during the consultation. He let me know what options I had (which included no surgery, imagine that a surgeon telling you that you don't have to do anything), the pros & cons of each option & the outcome expected from each. Then I saw Kate (a Nurse on Craig's team), she showed me photos of previous patients, checked if I had any questions & gave me the cost. I then contacted Kate a few days later as of course that's when I remembered questions, which she answered. I booked the surgery in (5 weeks in advance) to be carried out at St Vincent's Private. My surgery pack was mailed out for me to complete which was easy. Fast forward to a few days before surgery. Kate called to let me know when to fast from & ask if I had any questions. Then the surgery date was here. I checked into St Vincent's, I was taken through to get ready for surgery. Craig's team, along with the team at St Vincent's can not be faulted. Then Paul the anesthetist came through & explained what he would be doing along with some possible side effects. Then Craig came in measured, marked, measured again & marked again until he was 100% happy with where the incisions would be. I was rolled into theater, given the anesthetic & next thing I knew I was in recovery. Craig & Paul both came to check on me before I was moved to my private room. I was incredibly lucky to not be in much pain at all after my surgery. The nursing team at St Vincent's were so attentive & caring. Craig also came around before he left for the day to check on everything. I was discharged the next day after seeing someone from CSFW & being given my Rapid Recovery box to go home with. I was then called the next day by CSFW to see how I was going & ten a few days later called by St Vincent's to check I was doing well. I had my 1 week follow up with Kate & Craig to remove my dressings. Both said I am looking great. I am so happy with the result so far & cant wait to see in a few months when everything has settled. I can't thank Craig, his team & the extended team from CSFW for all their help & support on this journey.
