Superb care-for a benign lipoma extraction I was given fabulous attention and would highly recommend him, his expertise and his office staff.

Appointment staff today is personable and friendly, I really appreciate the time the gal spent with me bouncing back and forth from the Palo Alto and San Mateo schedules, to provide me with the time I requested to ensure I avoid the traffic on my way home from Sacramento. My office consultation with Dr. Newman was great today. I'm always looking for something to tighten my skin. Doctor provided me with a great plan and I can't wait for my BodyTite procedure in the winter. Due to the compression garment me and 100 degree weather won't be happy. Love the fact that he has a ton of integrity and years of knowledge on cosmetic procedures and a great demeanor. Thank You Dr. Newman for your time today, see you in winter :D Delete review

This review is not about Dr Clark herself but her assistant Bruce. I think the doctor office needs to evaluate how he responds to patients' calls and inquiries. He has been unbelievably rude, impatient and even hang up the phone. I'm 50 years old and have seen many, many doctors in the US and outside - nobody ever hang up the phone. This is SO unprofessional. He should not be dealing with the patients. People are coming to the doctors for help, not for rudeness.

Dr Griffin offered thorough and outstanding care, from the initial consultation to the after care, making my whole experience relatively stress free. He is a wonderful Doctor, who is friendly and compassionate! My breast augmentation results were perfect. I am thrilled with how I look and feel! I wouldn't hesitate for a second to recommend him to anyone.

Dr Pertsch is a perfectly fine surgeon however I strongly recommend you avoid his office unless you are independently wealthy and/or enjoy getting screwed over by an obnoxious billing department. My husband saw Dr. P for urgent surgery on his hand. I confirmed with my insurance and his office that Dr. P was in network for our plan. For the next 10 months I got nothing but fraudulent bills from his office. I called my insurance company confirmed that it was in-network and they told me the amount of my co-payments. I sent those payments immediately. For months and months I continued to get bills for thousands more than the insurance company said we owed. I would call and tell them to resubmit the claims and they would refuse. The staff in the billing department seriously have no idea about how to treat people. They seem to regularly confuse their patients with dogs because that is how they talk to people. It's insane. RUN, do not walk as far away from this office as you can unless you want to pay thousands of extra dollars for services.

I called and spoke with Jessica and made an appointment for the Monterey location on June 7, 2016 at 1:30 p.m. come to find out they scheduled me at the Scotts Valley location. Dr. Pletsch shares an office with another doctor. The other doctor's staff knew that I was upset after delivering the message that Dr. Pletsch and staff left for the day. They gave me her card to call the Scotts Valley office. I called and spoke to Andrea and was given so many excuses saying "mistakes and errors happen & there's nothing they can do about that" I conveyed to her that I should be compensated for my time and gas to be at this appointment and she again said "mistakes and errors happen & there's nothing they can do about that" I asked her to have Barbara, the office manager, call me. Never got a call back so I called back at 1:42 p.m. and Jessica answered and said Barbara just left. Informed her that I left a message earlier and asked her why didn't she call me back? Jessica's reply was that she'll have her call me back when she returns, as she chuckled. Told her that was no laughing matter and didn't appreciate her laughing at the situation. Still no call so called Barbara back at 4:35 p.m. Finally spoke to Barbara and she just sugar coated everything stating that she apologized for Jessica laughing at me and that it was just a nervous tick she has when she gets nervous just like her own granddaughter. Also this does not give her an excuse to call me a liar by saying that I specifically told her I wanted my appointment in Scotts Valley. I live in Salinas, for pete's sake. Why would I want to have my appointment in Scotts Valley instead of Monterey. Please, give me a break! She still insisted that I told her I wanted my appointment in Scotts Valley. At the end, I NEVER did not get any satisfaction in regard to my being upset about the whole thing. Dr. Pletsch please take a look at your staff. They are very unprofessional and I would not recommend any of my friends to you because of your staff's unprofessionalism.

I got Mastopexy Bilateral (Breast Lift), Fat Transfer, and suction assisted lipectomy (trunk) in Sept 2017. Dr. Bermudez is very professional and is honest about what he thinks is the best option for you. His staff is amazing! Always returning my calls promptly when I had questions or concerns. I highly recommend him!

Great experience here, delivered to my expectations and needs. Pleasant office and staff.
