I had a great experience with Dr. Alspaugh and his staff. I am completely satisfied with the results of my BBL. They made me feel at ease and informed me of all the steps of my pre-op, surgery and post-op. I have friends who have used other doctors for their BBL's and abdominalplasty. They all have told me that mine is the most natural and my belly button looks the best. I am very impressed and would definitely use Dr. Alspaugh for any future plastic surgery.

From start to finish Dr.Vonu and his staff were Amazing!! I'm more than happy with the outcome of my surgery and the whole experience. The results were better than I imagined and the friendliness of the staff make it such a pleasant place to visit.

I have been going to Dr. Godin for YEARS and I am always very pleased with staff, attitudes, and service. I am also extremely pleased with RESULTS of services and procedures.

This is the best office EVER!! I live in Virginia Beach and drive all the way to Richmond to receive all of my services. The most frequent service I receive is Botox from one of the nurses, Brigitte Lacic. Not only does it look better than any Botox I have ever gotten, but Brigitte makes what could be a traumatic experience - I am petrified of needles!! - incredibly comfortable. Highly recommend! Worth the 2+ hour drive!

I paid a decent amount for a treatment and had zero results. I met with the provider and she said they would get back to me. I have called three times and they haven't had the decency to call me back in several MONTHS.?! I would not recommend as they don't even care enough about a patient to call them back!

Dr. Zemmel is hands down the best doctor in Richmond! He is the kindest most compassionate man with amazing skill to match! Everyone at his office is wonderful!

I have had my lips filled in many differnet places in Richmond. I am happy to say I have now found a Doctor that dos not overfill or leave me with bruises. Dr. Schmidt gave me symmetrical lips with NO pain and NO bruises! I will be back to see him each time I need more fillers! Very excited !

Everyone was caring, friendly and professional. Were available to answer any questions I had. Gave thorough and clear instructions for home care.

The thing that I enjoyed most about this experience was how comforted I felt by the staff at both locations. I am 25 and had to have all four of my wisdom teeth extracted :(. Everyone was very honest with me and they definitely took the time to educate me on what was going to be done and how to care for myself after it was completed. I developed dry socket after my procedure and they fit me in as soon as I made them aware and patched me right up. I have not gotten the final bill as of yet but there person who does handle finances, she explained to me in detail the possible outcomes from my insurance but mentioned that they are willing to work with me should there be a balance. I would recommend this practice a thousand times over!

Dr Ferland is fantastic. I met with her for a consultation and did not hesitate to go ahead with the procedure. Her staff are always kind and gentle. Great place to go! And Dr Ferland is a perfectionist so you know the work is going to be outstanding. They are the best!
