Dr. Brown is very personable and so are his nurses and other staff members. He did a fantastic job repairing scar tissue from a bilateral mastectomy that I had. Hoping he will be able to now do the DIEP Flap Surgery for me next 😊

I loved Dr. Alonso she was very nice and I was comfortable with her. Unfortunately one day after swimming I had a very bad allergic reaction I had welt sized hives all over my body and since she works only part time she was not in to see me. Since my hives were so bad and I had already had them for three days I had to go to another doctor, this doctor had to have my shot records sent to his office to make sure I had not contracted tetanus or any other disease from the water, Alonso's nurses would not send the records over until being begged seeing as you can get in trouble by not providing medical records to another doctor on their patient. Well because of this incident Dr. Alonso released me to the other doctor with no notice. I only found out because when I called to set up an appointment for a college physical she refused to see me she said I needed to find days when she was in and I was released to a new doctor. I was very disappointed because I had liked Dr. Alonso and I couldn't help that she was not in when I had a sudden and still unexplained allergic reaction.

Dr. Neil Gottlieb is dishonesty and he will not get you the result you are looking for. He will make you feel like he will but once he receives payment and you do your surgery, he will try to reassure you that you will see your result in 3 month. However, take my word has a wronging you will not. Moreover, on top of it, he will tell you that you are going to need another surgery to get you the result you are looking for and charge you 1200 addition to the 5500 you already paid him. I would not recommend anyone go to him to do a BBL, if you do not believe me you can go to real self and research him yourself especially if you are African America. Just to give you an idea about me I am 30 year old my height is 4’11, I weigh 153, and I am evenly proportion and all I wanted was for him to define my curve and he could not do that. If you do not take anything away from what I wrote, please go on REALSELF and check his reviews I wish I had done his before scheduling my surgery.

I met Dr. Collins one week after my diagnosis of breast cancer to discuss my options for breast reconstruction following my decision to have a double mastectomy. He described the procedures, their risks, benefits, and outcomes, and put me at ease. We agreed on a clear plan. He began my breast reconstruction at the same time as my double mastectomy. Once my breast surgeon removed my breasts, Dr. Collins placed tissue expanders under my chest muscles on each side, and injected saline into them at regular intervals over a period of time to create enough space for the implants. After twelve weeks, he removed the tissue expanders, and replaced them with silicone implants. I received exceptional care from beginning to end in his competent hands. He is not only an extraordinarily talented and gifted plastic surgeon, but he is also a supportive, caring and compassionate physician. He and his welcoming and dedicated medical and office staff made this frightening and challenging period not just endurable, but pleasant. The outcome has been beautiful. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Collins to any patient who chooses to have breast reconstruction surgery.

When I finally met him, he was checking me as a candidate for surgery. When he had confirmed I was an excellent candidate for a reduction, he changed his mind. My insurance offers coverage for the procedure - but he did not want to proceed with the surgery reduction minimums covered by my insurance. He said "You would be left with nothing." Then he walked out of the room, saying to "Come back when you change your insurance." I was then left alone in the consult room for 20 minutes, crying. I was BILLED for this consult. $248 was billed to my insurance (The insurance Dr. Chang told me to 'just change') and I was sent the remainder bill of $105.10. Also, HEADS UP: There's a "Clinic Fee" for $36.75. That fee was just to enter Mercy Hospital.
