I am 36 yrs old 5’1 and weigh 110. I was planning on getting a mommy makeover for years after having my 2 Kids 8 and 16 yr old. I had loose wrinkle skin on my stomach and a belly flab that I could not get rid off and sagging of the breast from breast feeding my kids for 1 year . I began a search for a local cosmetic surgeon in the Bay Area and came across The Cosmetic Surgical Center of El Cerrito (Dr. Gabriel Patino) . I noticed that he had a Snapchat channel and began watching many of his bloodless tummy tuck surgeries as well as breast augmentations. He is a Board Certified Surgeon without disciplinary actions. He appeared very knowledgeable of the procedures and I knew that he does these procedures on a daily basis with the help of his wonderful staff , so I felt confident that I would be in good hands. I decided to go in for a consultation and 2 months later my surgery day arrived. On January 4th I had my mommy makeover ( tummy tuck , included tightening of the abdominal muscle and saline implant augmentation under the breast muscles). I was released same day and my husband drove me home. Every day that has gone by I feel more and more like my energy is back and the discomfort (tightness) of my new breast has also decreased significantly. I did not have any bleeding at the incision nor bruising. I have been to 3 follow up visits since my surgery and each time I have been pleased with the great service that they have provided me. I am very satisfied to have chosen Dr. Patino as my surgeon and I highly recommend his office!

First visit for IPL Dr Shahin was very nice! Asked me Pain or not many times. Made me feel comfortable. Also Julie ( Receptionist ) was very friendly.

I got referred to Dr. Charles Lee from a girlfriend of mine and I’m glad she did! I’m in my mid 50’s and came in for my very first Botox treatment. They staff is super warm and friendly and Dr. Lee explains what he will be doing. They also make sure I’m ok with the price and amount I will be getting rather than just injecting me. Also, Dr. Lee himself does the injections! My face is wrinkle free and just in time for the holidays! Thank you Dr. Lee and staff!!!

I cannot say enough about the stellar level of care that I received under Dr. Rosenfield. Not only was he extremely professional and highly skilled, but he also put extra effort towards ensuring my personal comfort and was always easy to get a hold of when I needed to. He is one of the nicest people I have met and is one of the only doctors that I have had who blatantly cares about his patients, their health, and their happiness.

Appointment staff today is personable and friendly, I really appreciate the time the gal spent with me bouncing back and forth from the Palo Alto and San Mateo schedules, to provide me with the time I requested to ensure I avoid the traffic on my way home from Sacramento. My office consultation with Dr. Newman was great today. I'm always looking for something to tighten my skin. Doctor provided me with a great plan and I can't wait for my BodyTite procedure in the winter. Due to the compression garment me and 100 degree weather won't be happy. Dr Pertsch is a perfectly fine surgeon however I strongly recommend you avoid his office unless you are independently wealthy and/or enjoy getting screwed over by an obnoxious billing department. My husband saw Dr. P for urgent surgery on his hand. I confirmed with my insurance and his office that Dr. P was in network for our plan. For the next 10 months I got nothing but fraudulent bills from his office. I called my insurance company confirmed that it was in-network and they told me the amount of my co-payments. I sent those payments immediately. For months and months I continued to get bills for thousands more than the insurance company said we owed. I would call and tell them to resubmit the claims and they would refuse. The staff in the billing department seriously have no idea about how to treat people. They seem to regularly confuse their patients with dogs because that is how they talk to people. It's insane. RUN, do not walk as far away from this office as you can unless you want to pay thousands of extra dollars for services.
