I have had to call this place 5 times to get a proper set up for an appointment. While I understand a central intake can lose information easily, the ladies on the phone aside the first 2 times were extremely rude and need to get a new job if they can't talk to people nicely.

Brenda is awesome. I have seen her over the years for various issues. She is kind and caring, but not afraid to tell it how it is, if you need it. My son has gone to Andy before. Both are excellent.

I went to Bridge City Counselling for myself and with my husband. Personally, at first I was not sure what to say or how it would be perceived. Yet Dallas was always kind, patient and welcoming to my openness and feelings. I never felt judged or ridiculed, even when sometimes I had to be told the hard truth, it was always done with kindness and with tools to adjust my thinking if I wanted to change. As a couple we always felt such a sense of trust, patience and respect from both Dallas & Susan for our marriage and for our different personalities. I very much appreciated having both Dallas & Susan counselling us for the couple's portion as it gave us the ability to see things from different points of view. Many years later and my husband and I are still happily married as we continue to use the tools we were given from Bridge City Counselling. We have and will continue to recommend them to anyone we can.

She's amazing. Very supportive and unbiased. Gives good challenges to help grow your person.

Over the course of six sessions, Giti helped me build a foundation to take control of anxiety issues that were really holding me back in my social and professional life. Giti has an impressive résumé and I was happy with how frequently we were able to meet for our sessions. I stand by my 5-star rating, however I would suggest getting up-front quotes. Giti is talented; but she does charge a premium rate.

We had our first meeting at the Credit Counselling Society back in July 2017, and we are already on track to having a small savings. Their help and a little hard work on our end really makes a difference!!
