Christina and her team at Orchard Valley Counselling were fantastic! Highly recommend their warm, friendly and compassionate services. They helped us their a rough time and we are very thankful.

I first went to Michele because I was ready to recover from my 18 year long eating disorder. I’ve seen her weekly for a year & it’s been the best & most positive experience I’ve ever had with a therapist (I’d seen about 5 others I didn’t click with before I found Michele). I have grown and changed so much since I began seeing her; the amount of positive improvements are too long to write here in this review but some highlights include that I no longer partake in eating disorder behaviours, rarely have lapsing thoughts, & am surprisingly satisified with my recovery body. My relationship with food has improved greatly & I can eat all kinds of foods without guilt or anxiety. I would definitely recommend Michele to anyone who feels they have a poor relationship with food &/or their body, has disordered eating or has an eating disorder (diagnosed or otherwise). I will continue to see Michele to work on my body image & self-esteem. Michele also has super awesome therapy dogs for anyone who is an animal lover or just feels they could use a dose of pet therapy. Thank you Michele!

As someone who tends to always fall on the edge of skepticism when it comes to any form of therapy; because of many failed attempts to get ahold of my mental health, Kate of Hard Knox Counselling provided the space for me to have major breakthroughs and reconciliation to my anxiety and grief from childhood and recent trauma. She is incredibly understanding, compassionate, validating, knowledgeable and such a gift of a listener; I have never felt more heard and relieved in my life. Kate and the EMDR process have been essential to my mental awareness, growth, recovery and overall mental health.

I don't dislike it. But Google has my aunties house as the community service office.... they need to fix that marker.
