I am a School Counsellor and I was lucky to have the Alongside You team give a talk to our parents on how to connect to their kids. It was an engaging presentation with numerous practical tips, and I received positive feedback from the community. Much appreciation to Alongside You!!

Friendly reception, and very professional and friendly counselor. He is experienced, confident, and well connected in his field. Always researching more, he cares about his clients’ progress and works hard to help them through their issues. He manages to maintain a good balance of challenging you but also giving you a safe space to breathe. Very respectful and aware, he has also done training as an EMDR therapist, and is very effective with this therapy. Mindright Counselling has won multiple awards for excellence in 2017 including the Small Business BC awards Premier’s People’s Choice. I've found Alistair from bc counselling website when I was searching a trauma counsellor and I booked a free consultation to see if He is a good fit for me.I've found He is very easy to be with and compassionate.He even went over time to put me at ease and gave me a lot of information about the most current and effective type of therapies out there besides what He provides.He was unbiased and encouraged me to try out a few different kind of therapists who uses different approaches to find the best fir for me. I first got to know Glynis after reading her articles on Family Scapegoating. As I read them, I felt like she knew exactly what I had gone through. The affirmation of her counsel and help were tremendously healing, to my life, and helped me to see that I would come through the horror of what my family did to me and grow into a healthy person. Her help was so impactful, I used one of her quotes for a book that I wrote to help women who have left abusive relationships (Give Her Wings: Help and Healing After Abuse). Glynis has also helped our non-profit organization, several times, to raise funds to help other women who went through what I went through. I am so grateful for this woman and her wisdom! I recommend her HIGHLY.

What are his credentials again? Through the whole hour he was awkward and the flow of conversation had no value. He draws from his experience with his wife like we all need to follow their relationship. He lacks information and knowledge other than "diagnosing" peoples personality types. Waste of time, his office space was very stuffy, he lacks closure and summarizing.

The team at Well Woman Counselling really knows what they're doing. A friend of mine saw Holly Yager and said she found it really helpful.
