I have worked with Viktoria for a few years now and she is a wonderful and effective counsellor. She takes a holistic approach to her work with her clients and views the therapy process as a collaborative and dynamic process with her clients. Many clients have seen an improvement to the quality of their life after working with Viktoria. I am more than happy to recommend Viktoria to anyone who needs support in dealing with any life transition or mental health issues.

Megan has been an unbelievable support to me for about a year now and I truly believe is responsible for helping me through the grief of my sister's death. When my sister was given a few short month to live after her cancer spread, I sought out anticipatory grief counseling and Willow Tree Counseling came up. I have been working with her for months and now that my sister is gone she is helping me work through the incredible grief I'm experiencing. I wanted to post a review in contrast to the previous one because I really feel like out of a handful of counsellors that I've seen that's I've really felt the strongest connection and had the most help from Megan. She doesn't write notes while you are in session, but that has never been an issue for me. She has always remembered our previous sessions and I know she records notes of her sessions after the hour is over. She also provides a feedback form after every session that gives the client an opportunity to provide thoughts on various aspects of her counseling. I feel badly for the other reviewer who had a poor experience but I wanted to come on here and provide a different perspective. Without Megan's guidance and support over the last year my grief journey would have been far harder and more detrimental to my well-being. I am beyond grateful to work with her on my problems. She is a gem.

Really great service, My first time ever going to any thing like this so I was nervous at first but I was made feel totally at ease. The methods and techniques used really helped me and have made a massive improvement to my day to day life and in my relationships. I would recommend anybody to go along.

I have been counselled by Ofir for almost a year. It's difficult to find words enough to express my gratitude for the help I have received. Prior to meeting with Rob I was on the fence about counselling. I used to suffer from severe trauma due to an accident that I had and I was honestly afraid to try anything new. I thought to myself: is this really going to help me? am I wasting my money? After the first session I realized that this may be one of the best things that could have happened to me and I am so glad that it did.
