We got 4 quotes from different companies for our Granite counter top, not only was Granite Island less expensive in comparison, but the finish of the Granite was actually nicer and a better product than others quoted. They were very professional, hands-on and very involved from start to finish. Their quote was quick and clear. The other competitors took a long time to provide their quotes and the representatives didn't seem to know their own business remotely close to the folks at Granite Island. Salah, Maurice and the rest of their team was very professional and very courteous, I would highly recommend them to anyone. I will be posting pictures of the finished project on my Google page shortly to show the results of their work. Non-seulement est ce que Granite Island étaient moins dispendieux, mais ils étaient plus rapide avec le retour d'appel, le service et la soumission finale. Salah, Maurice et le reste de leur équipe étaient très professionnels et très plaisant. Je les recommanderais grandement. Les compétiteurs nous ont fait attendre longtemps pour soumissions, et n'avaient pas un aussi bon service ou même connaissance de leurs produits. Le granite que nous avons choisi était de meilleure qualité, meilleur fini et nous a coûtés moins cher qu’ailleurs. Nous afficherons bientôt photos du projet final sur notre page Google pour démontrer les résultats finaux. Nous sommes entièrement satisfait.

The prices at Magma Granite are good however we have purchased 3 counter tops from the company, my parents, my in laws and myself and 2 out of 3 had bad experiences. My parents granite countertop was cracked in a visible area after installation and the crack was just sealed with silicone. My countertop was installed with a defect of about 3 inches in diameter on the surface. A spot looks like the polish was sanded down and was the first thing I noticed when I walked in my new house. I contacted the company numerous times, spoke to different people who promised me to come and see the counter, via email and in person, but after several follow up and 2 years later I'm still waiting for their reply. The customer service post delivery is absolutely terrible. I will rather pay a little more next time but know for sure that I will not get a defected product installed!

Visited Prestale prior to selecting a kitchen counter top for our new home. The sales manager was very helpful and knowledgeable, he definitely made our decision easier. They have a very wide selection of stone which is nicely laid out for easy viewing.

Enzo and his team provided excellent service for my kitchen renovation project. The team was neat, meticulous, timely and very pleasant to work with. The results of the work were terrific!

Nous somme allé choisir des dalles pour envoyer à comptoir St-Denis qui fera nos comptoirs. La première fois personne n'était disponible pour nous montrer les dalles. La deuxième fois, aucun problème, nous choisissons de magnifiques dalles. Lors de notre rencontre avec comptoir St-Denis je remarque que ce ne sont pas les bonnes dalles qui ont été envoyées. Après contact avec Granit R Us nous apprenons que les dalles que nous avions choisi avaient été vendues à d'autres clients. Non seulement Granit R Us a vendu des dalles réservées a d'autres client, mais en plus ils envoient d'autres dalles, beaucoup moins belles (plusieurs taches jaunes un peu partout dans le granit) au sous-traitant sans aviser quiconque, peut-être dans l'espoir que personne ne remarque l'erreur. Je ne recommande absolument pas de faire affaire avec cette compagnie.
