Great customer service experience. Very fast in replying to all my questions regarding a small custom order for a bar I'm building. Price was reasonable and my order arrived within a few days. Finished product looks great!

This place is awesome primo took the time to show us his beautiful granite and Marble countertops the price was reasonable and when we finally decided they did it in a timely manner very respectful I recommend them very highly .

I have used Eastop several times in the last few years to supply counters for my kitchen clients. They have always done a very good job with fast service and fair prices. I will use them again and again!

The four star rating is based primarily on the installation. When we went to look at their showroom in late April, their staff was very helpful. The product turned out almost exactly as we imagined, and the person who came to measure was meticulous. The aspects that did detract from the process involved what I perceived as honesty, and some minor installation issues (I will have to re-caulk the wall seams as it is incomplete in more than half of the kitchen). As for the honesty, we were scheduled as the first afternoon delivery. They called at approximately 8:30 am saying they were 30 minutes away, which was quite a surprise. Fortunately, I had taken the day off of work so I didn't have to rush home. When they got to the house they backed in, opened the truck's back door, and then someone came to tell me they "forgot a part, and had to go back to get it." My assumption is that they realized they were at the wrong house, and they could have told me that. I asked when they would be back, or how long it was to go back to where the part was, and they said they don't know, but they'll call me. Sure enough, I received a call around 1:30 pm telling me they were 30 minutes away. At no point did they address this, and for me that is a significant concern. I would have had no problem if they went to the wrong house and told me, but had I not taken the day off of work I would have say for four hours waiting for them to get that ever important part needed to install countertops.

We got our granite installed today. It’s beautiful and the guys who installed it did a great job. Couldn’t he happier.

Vary fast and Friendly service

We have used Pascucci for our kitchen and bathroom granite installs over the last few years. I don’t know why we haven’t written a review before because we’ve always been extremely pleased with the staff, installers and the products we’ve chosen. Recently, we went back again (3rd time) to select a granite for our fireplace surround. This time, we just had to write a review! WOW! From the beginning of the process to the end, we couldn’t have been more pleased! Tina was our consultant at Pascucci’s. As we walked around looking through all of the various slabs of granite and stone, etc. she checked on us several times and answered any questions we had. She listened to our preferences, even looked at the fabric samples that we brought to make the right choice. We never got the feeling that they were impatient with us. As a matter of fact, when a couple of slabs needed to be moved to see another one, it was absolutely no problem. The person who came to measure was very professional and even gave us a couple of recommendations that we hadn’t thought about which ended up making a huge difference. The installers were extremely professional. They arrived on time, protected our wood floors and we could tell that they wanted everything to be perfect. It was! We called Curt (the owner) and Tina immediately to compliment them and everyone who worked with us. As I told them, most often it takes me awhile to totally like the entire look of a finished project but this was immediate! We are 100% happy with the completed project and we look forward to working with the team at Pascucci again in the future!

Sub par work. I am disappointed in the uneven edges on our countertop that Tom installed. After we explained our dissatisfaction and wanted to upgrade to a larger sink, he didn't return our calls. I should have listened to the first review! I suggest finding another contractor.

Premier Granite & Stone lived up to its name. Premier in every way. Having purchased an entire kitchen from a big box retailer, we were guided to a Cranberry-based granite provider under a sole source contract with the big box retailer. We thought that with hundreds of kitchen and bath projects annually and knowing the big box retailer had the confidence to use only one granite provider in the Pittsburgh-metro area, surely this Cranberry-based granite provider would be top-notch. Not so. The Cranberry-based granite provider refused to accommodate a request and, when we asked the big box retailer to intervene and help us find another granite provider, we were told this was the only outfit they used and if we wanted someone else, we had to find our own. Having gone through an extensive bathroom renovation not even a year ago for which we used Premier to execute a small portion of the work, my husband reached out to Premier to see if they would be willing to step in and take over in the midst of the chaos. Thankfully, they did. From the first phone call to install took only 3 weeks. Premier was responsive, courteous and knowledgeable. Premier stepped into a difficult situation and eased through it without a hiccup. Would I use Premier again in my own home? Absolutely. And, as luck would have it, we will be renovating the second kitchen in our home and Premier will be the one and only call we make for granite countertops.

Great experience from start to finish. Our kitchen is small, we only needed about 15 sq/ft of granite. Something most installers wouldn't even bother with. We finally stopped in Quality Granite and got to choose from their remnant selection, which was actually quite large. Everyone there from the lady (wish i had gotten her name to thank her) that helped work up our quotes, to the guys that showed up to measure and install treated us like we were a large job. Courteous, helpful, quick, and professional. They will be our first stop the next time we need stone.

They did an amazing job on my countertop. Very friendly to work with and went over and above to make sure the job was done right. I highly recommend using Langton when you need granite work.
