Countertop and Tiles

Call first! I stopped by today and no one was there. Hours posted on door said they should be open...looking thru window they didn't have a lot of samples. Decided to take my business elsewhere...I need someone reliable and if they aren't open the hours posted on door...not a good sign

I have been trying to get an estimate regarding a granite countertop as well as floor tile replacement and its been like pulling teeth. I even emailed them the dimensions of the counters and floors to simplify things and was told they would take care of it. .....3 times over a month and a half. I left two Voicemails since we last spoke as the business number is rarely answered and still have not received a return courtesy call or email Of course at this point I'm only calling to request an apology for wasting my time as I could have got had the work estimated and completed by now. Needless to say they have lost my business forever and my instincts say....they don't really care.

A lady at kholer referred me here. Service at kholer was not exactly warm or friendly but Service here is sort of hostile from a women in blonde ponytail. She seems to really hate her job and the customers who walk in. Fortunately, there are so many more friendlier places in Portland to shop perhaps with better pricing. I read reviews first before making the trip here. I really wish there was more warning before wasting my time driving here in the rain, don’t waste your time!

We had an excellent experience working with Granite and Marble Specialities to replace our kitchen countertop with granite. We worked with Kurt on this project and he was very prompt in getting things scheduled. They had quick turnaround time and were able to switch our kitchen countertops in just a day. Our entire kitchen was down for just 1.5 days!!! The quality of the work was also excellent and overall it was a very pleasant experience!

Note: I'm leaving this review for a friend who doesn't have a G+ account. She asked me to share the following: We went to several local carpet stores for estimates and ultimately chose Seattle Style Flooring because we thought they had the most experienced installers who could work with period detail in our 1921 craftsman home. We were not disappointed. Scott and the installation crew were extremely knowledgeable about how to replace the period trim and how to carpet the "bullnose" staircase. I would also add that they were easy to communicate with over phone and email, returned calls promptly and arrived at all appointments on time.
