Purolator can't deliver package to save their lives. I live in a gated complex, and every other carrier can deliver packages because they know the master gate code, but of course Purolator doesn't, and they don't seem like they want to after years of this kind of terrible service. Furthermore now they will call on the gate buzzer which Rings my phone at my house. So I answered after 2 Rings the other day and it was just silence on the other end. Apparently they had already ran back to their truck and take it off. Two rings! That's like 10 seconds. Not only does this cost them money because they have to make a second delivery attempt that day... Which of course is unsuccessful... But it angers their customers to. Now I have to go pick up my package half an hour away. And of course they're not open on weekends so I have to somehow get there before 6 p.m. on a weekday. Yay! Don't worry Purolator, I have send a detailed complaint to Amazon and telling them never to use Purolator. Maybe they'll listen and I'll never have this problem again.

If you trying to get a hold of anyone outside of their EST working hours you can forget that. Also no way to email requests. This sucks when an expected package does not arrive in their working hours and you want to find out what is going on. No update on when the package will arrive either.

The owners were super responsive by email to complete a print job on a Saturday morning with fast turnaround time. They repeated the job two days later at my request by email and finished within the hour. Pricing and customer service both times were exceptional. (They tell me that they are the new owners which explains the disconnect between the current excellent service and the older negative reviews.)

Myrna & Bryan are both awesome!! You guys were nothing but effective & effecient. Thank you so much for doing my taxes this year. I will come back going forward & def refer this business to family & friends. My case was a bit complicated but I’ve never seen any of you guys get annoyed or upset by my requests. Hopefully, you will continue your business for many more years!

DHL is the worst - I'm fully aware that this is a Loomis location and is only somewhat affiliated with DHL, but they should learn to choose their partners wisely. If you work with and condone DHL then you earn their rating. I have never once had a good experience with DHL shipping and have only used them when ordering from someone that gives me no option to choose another courier. I really hope DHL goes out of business one day so I no longer have to deal with them, in the meantime I suggest anyone who's had a bad experience with them not only rate DHL with low scores, but any companies that work with them as well.
