We brought in our very expensive china to be shipped from Vancouver to Ottawa. They did a fantastic job ... nothing was scratched, chipped or broken! In fact it was so well packed by UPS that it was probably impossible for damage to occur in transit. Well done guys, thanks!

i have used this company for a long time and contrary to the post above i have had a good experience with this company and there service has improved over the last 2 years the staff is knowledgeable in all aspects of the buisness and there new system and online ordering is helpfull i cant complain with there service the trucks are gps tracked and monitored sorry to hear some peolpe have had a bad experience but unfournatley you cant please everyone in this world lol i hope you others have as good of an experience as i did cheers

This shipping company is a joke. I have been waiting for my package for 4 days after they said they would initially deliver it. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL CANCEL YOUR SHIPMENT WITHOUT TELLING YOU AND RESCHEDULE FOR A TIME THAT IS CONVENIENT FOR THEM. I am still waiting for my delivery that they have in there warehouse but are just too lazy or understaffed to figure out how to get it to me. I would give them a negative 5 star rating if i could. No customer service skills either. THEY STRAIGHT DONT CARE.

I don't need a courier very often, but when I do, I call Lisa at Lightspeed. Fast and efficient, courteous service, and very reasonable pricing. I highly recommend them!

Haleh, is the worst and horrifying manager I have ever dealt with. Very bad service and management, I was waiting and waiting for her to help me, to get my package sent out. She had a phone call, and while she was on the phone she's rolling her eyes over and over again to the person on the other line. And when I'm done putting the label for my package, I said I'm really not happy with the Service here, when I'm on my way out, I throw some of my trash like a piece of paper in their umbrella bin, she then started yelling and screaming that she won't take my package and wanted me to leave with my package, I said to her, I am going to make a complaint about them and took a video of her being so rude, she then and her mother blocked my way and not let me leave, it was terrifying and scary for me when she started pushing me and hurting me, she violently pushed me too many times and tried grabbing my phone off me.. cause she wanted me to delete the video. I will never delete this video. And when I said I'm going to call the police for not letting me leave, She then tried to twist the story and called the police. I feel like I was being attacked by both of them just because I took a video so if anything happens to me I have it recorded. Haleh is a terrible manager, bad communication and service. Beware everyone. I have the video here for my record. I am going to make a complaint about this branch and Haleh, She is rude and very mean. I will never ever recommend this branch to anyone. This branch should be close down. Very bad and horrible and disgustingly poor Service and management. Watch out!
