Horrible. Ordered something on Amazon for same-day delivery and of course it did not come. Stated it was out for delivery at 7:44PM and that they attempted delivery at 7:48PM but stated that my business was closed. No one came to even attempt the delivery. We closed at 8:15PM and our front desk is right in front of the entrance. No one was even near. I thought they would try again the next two days but they did not even try. I then saw almost a week after that it was out for delivery. Three hours after that notification I got another one that stated "Possible delay in delivery due to extra carrier processing". I checked Amazon and saw "Your parcel may be lost". I contacted Amazon and thanks to their EXCELLENT service they refunded me my money. Horrible company. I get my things faster from two-day shipping by Canada post and AMZN. Never again.
