Good service

A parcel was delivered today while I was home but the man didn’t ring or knock on our door,it was left on the porch even though it has a big sticker on it saying Keep at ROOM TEMPERATURE it’s medicine to apply to the eye prior to Surgery. It’s minus 8C outside,Stupidity at its best!!

Extremely friendly and helpful. Most professional manner of all companies in Edmonton.

We use Dominion Messenger to warehouse and fulfill our online orders and the service they offer has exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend them!

They do not leave messege when they cant find me. Happens twice for the same product. Two times the product returned and did not even inform me that is waiting for 7 days in depo.

Without question the best hotshot company we've done business with!! They bend over backward to accommodate all our last minute rush shipments. Excellent customer service too.

Our office has been long time customers of Firestar, and we have never had reason to complain. They are fast, efficient, and fairly priced. Whenever I call in, they are very friendly, and usually know where I am shipping an envelope to just based on the name alone.

I have never had any issues with Buffalo Air. They have the best rate I could find for shipping from Edmonton to the NWT. Quotes are always processed quickly.

Great service and people fast service

So this 5ton flat deck drove me off the yellow head highway going 100km .. apparently there was some one merging into the driver of this trucks lane so he felt it was safe to drive into my lane forcing myself and 2 young children into the median ... this guy with long white hair driving the 5 ton has no compassion to stop and see that we were ok .. after getting back up onto the highway after a witness stopped to make sure we were ok we caught up to the guy and confronted him and asked him why he didn't stop too see we were all ok .. he admittedly said he had no choice because of the car that forced him into my lane .. after 2 days of trying to contact the company the "boss" said he already talked to the guy and said that he didn't run me off the highway.... these people have no compassion or social skills and he had no interest in resolving this issue .. nothing will be done about it and I feel bad for anyone that has to deal with these ignorant ass holes !!!!! Needless to say I will be filing a formal complaint and bringing this to the attention of the media

Delivery driver named Ernie was very polite, got my parcel to me on time. Rates are very fair compared to other companies. I would recommend giving this company a shot..

Very good service and competitive pricing !

The number is no longer their number! Shaw gave me this number as my house phone and people keep calling and being rude because this isn't their number anymore!! Change the number!!!
