It's a small freight forwarder but the service is great. Highly recommended.

I called for a same day, rush or direct service and they've managed to be at my office door in less than 5 min from when I put down my phone. Their rate is unbeatable at their level of service. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE - ZERO COMMON COURTESY I drove in heavy traffic from Buffalo, NY and arrived at the store at 5 minutes to 4p (closing time). The girl refused to let me fill out the paperwork for a DHL package! She spent 3 minutes arguing with me that there's no time for her to take the 3 pages i was going to mail (during which time i could have easily filled out the ONE PAGE form.) I told her that i had driven all this way and that i had a plane to catch in the morning from Toronto and would not be able to come back on Monday to mail the envelope. Still refused and gave me attitude and said " it was not her problem" ! This is while she had nothing to do except chit chat with a man who was clearly NOT A CUSTOMER. Simply shameful not to have the common decency TO DO HER JOB & help someone in need. I have NEVER EVER experienced such behavior from a human being who supposedly works in customer service. I am definitely filing a complaint with owner & regional manager.
