Home away from home, best place to work out

Poise Dance Academy is a great dance studio. They offer both recreational and competitive classes. The classes are so fun and are taught by many outstanding teachers, who know how to have fun and learn.

Found this gem on a walk through the neighbourhood and now it has become a part of my weekly routine. How lucky are we that Natalie has decided to open her doors in our east end community to offer dance and fitness it a fun and fabulous Pink Studio?! The best thing about the experience here is the amazing instructors who sweat along side with you during class and encourage you through every grunt and groan, allowing you to be in whatever space you happen to be in that day. The baby friendly classes have been a godsend during this maternity leave for my friends and I to connect and get back into shape. Thank you for being a part of our neighbourhood!

There are many studios and they offer comp and recreational.

Awesome people the instuctors are very helpful and friendly..I see why my daughter enjoys the classes..keep up the good job!

I used to go to this disgusting place and the people here were so unbelievably rude it's crazy. They would yell at us and they didn't really care about the kids. They were just a hole bunch of teenagers caring about what they looked like .

Although the facility is still partially under construction, the studio (mainly the 3rd floor) is very spacious. Most importantly, the atmosphere is pretty amazing and the teachers are superb

Very excellent dance instructors. A very professional organization but still very nice and friendly.

While they do have a pretty good dance program here, there is a huge mean girl/ bully problem at for the love of it There are a group of girls who bully and exclude others. Management and staff are aware of what’s happening, yet they cater to the girls who are the top dancers and the families who pay the most money. They allowed the girls to bully my daughter.

This place offer good and welcoming atmosphere as well as a safe and enjoyable space. Will attend often.
