Super propre, super beau, super agréable, super parfait...

Spectacular views, gorgeous home, clean, modern and well taken care of property. The beds were so comfortable and the soaker tub was a big bonus. Woah we had booked to stay longer!

We're going on 12 years with our deck built by Royal Decks. It is truly phenomenal after all these years and not a single worry. The teams attention to detail and finished product is exceptional. The deck gets compliments from anyone who sees it and it is used with pride as often as possible. Thanks Miro and Steve!

North Head offers magnificent views in all directions. In the north, you can see the cliffs below Signal Hill. In the east, you see the vast Atlantic Ocean. In the south, you see the Narrows, Cahill Point and Fort Amherst with its lighthouse. In the west, you see the harbour of Saint John's. In addition to this, you can observe ships passing by below you, airplanes flying above you and numerous animals around you. I could stay at this wonderful place for hours. It's really a slice of paradise.

We hired Backyard Contractors to build our fence and we were very pleased with the service they provided. They were very neat when digging the holes and took all dirt and rocks in their trailer. They did not leave any mess on the grass and evenly cut the sod to fill around the post after they were set. The carpentry work was excellent as well and the fence look neat and well done. Everything was complete as discussed. We would have no issue hiring Backyard again and recommending to friends.

Beautiful location with wonderful views. Well stocked, comfortable cottage. Enjoyed spending time on the deck looking at the quaint houses and watching the fishermen come in with their catch. Our dogs loved the trail that is attached to the property. Appreciated that the website has accurate photos of the cottage. Owners are excellent to deal with, and very responsive. Would recommend staying here!

The park ranges in elevation from 183 m (600 ft) at the Little Buffalo River to 945 m (3,100 ft) in the Caribou Mountains. The park headquarters is located in Fort Smith, with a smaller satellite office in Fort Chipewyan, Alberta. The park contains one of the world's largest fresh water deltas, the Peace-Athabasca Delta, formed by the Peace, Athabasca and Birch Rivers. It is also known for its karst sinkholes in the north-eastern section of the park. Alberta's largest springs (by volume, with an estimated discharge rate of eight cubic meters per second), Neon Lake Springs, are located in the Jackfish River drainage. Wood Buffalo is located directly north of the Athabasca Oil Sands. This area was designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1983 for the biological diversity of the Peace-Athabasca Delta, one of the world's largest freshwater deltas, as well as the population of wild bison. On June 28, 2013, the Royal Astronomical Society of Canada designated Wood Buffalo National Park as Canada's newest and the world's largest dark-sky preserve. Parks Canada claims that the designation will help preserve nighttime ecology for the park’s large populations of bats, night hawks and owls, as well as providing opportunities for visitors to experience the northern lights. The Wood Buffalo National Park had planned to celebrate the new designation with a Dark Sky Festival on August 23–25, 2013, featuring camping, astronomical presentations, a planetarium experience, and night sky viewing opportunities.

Had Brandon give me a quote to repair and refurbish my deck(a 21 year old three level structure). He is extremely knowledgeable and provided a reasonable quote to shore up existing decking and rebuild a section for our hot tub. His crew was amazing and replaced the bad sections of the structure, removed a structurally unsafe stair section, shored up another stair section and build a deck section for the tub that is complete with new concrete anchors and joists. It is well engineered and will most likely outlast me. The complete experience with Deck Doctors was fantastic, they were available in my time schedule and I will definitely use Brandon and his crew when we finally replace this deck.
