Decks & Railing

C'est fantastique 😉

the old guy there is kinda creepy

Wow!!! Très beaux produits et super service.

Excellent service and price. Work was completed on schedule, and on budget. Friendly staff and easy to work with.

Top notch! Beautiful showroom and design center!

Randall McLean is a conman that will rip you off, do not hire him!

I too was scammed by Trevor Mcdonald. 2000 deposite, no work done, never heard from again.

Had beautifully designed brickwork completed in the Summer of 2016. Unfortunately, we have had some issues since then - simple fixes, and have been trying for the past year to get someone out to look at our problems. I have called, emailed and event sent pictures via email to the company several times each month since August of 2017 with promises that someone will return my call without success. I guess someone finally came out to the house this past Spring and replaced some brick work, but there was no follow up indicating this too us (and we still see the same issue as before). I was told that they just come out when they can - not necessarily when the homeowner is there to explain the issues. Our brickwork is beautiful, but the follow up issues and communication is horrible. We are getting more work done to our yard, but not through this company since customer service and follow up once they get your money is extremely poor.

Nice brick work

They had what I was looking for and they were helpful.

Every person we dealt with at Woodcraft was courteous and professional. We are very happy with our experience. The men who built our deck were meticulous and fast. We appreciate the great service!
