I did not know about Dr. Samra until I noticed his office in Cambridge when I was in the plaza where his office is for something else. I decided to go in and inquire about getting implants. I had been looking at other dentists in the area, but never had a good feeling about what they were telling me. I can honestly say when I had my first consultation with Dr. Samra, he took his time to explain in detail with examples and pictures what I needed to have done. My first appointment I had 12 teeth removed. I thought he was still working on the first tooth when he told me all 12 had been removed. Right then and there he had my trust. His professionalism and knowledge amazed me. The whole process took about a year including surgery. The detail, care and concern he gave me was second to none. Dr. Samra has changed my life. I didn't realize how important my teeth were until I saw my final smile in the mirror. He has given me back my confidence to speak clearly without having my hand in front of my mouth to hide my teeth. I have 4 implants on the bottom and a permanent plate that fits onto them that must be thoroughly cleaned daily, something I never thought was possible. He also fitted me with a top denture that looks exactly like the teeth I had years ago and when I wear it I forget I even have it in. I can eat and chew anything I want. I would recommend Dr. Samra to anyone who is looking to have teeth removed, implants, dentures etc. I can't say enough wonderful things about his professionalism, attention to detail, confidence in his work, personality etc. I would also like to mention his staff that work with him, Sonia and Amanda. They are also professional and caring from scheduling appointments to working with Dr. Samra to make sure I had the best care possible. Thank you Dr. Samra

I never write reviews as each experience is personal, and individual perspectives are just that ... individual. I do so now because after reading some of the other reviews, I felt it important to add my own. It had been years since I would even venture into a dental office and the thought of doing so was terrifying and yes ... humiliating. But from the moment I met Dr. Chithalen and his staff, I was treated with respect and compassion. After some (what I consider to be major extractions) Dr. Chithalen took the time to call me at home that evening to see how I was doing. Since that time, any issues that have come up are addressed immediately. Not only was my anxiety dealt with, but for the first time in years I am so proud of my smile . . . Thank you to Dr. Chithalen and your wonderful staff.

A great office to come to. They are always welcoming and they are willing to explain everything before tx. I haven't had an bad experiences and encourage everyone to come in.

So my son just got braces here on Thursday. Not pleased so far. Wire left out of the side of the brackets(over 1/8 of an inch) that are cutting his gums. He can not chew because of his slight overbite. His top teeth are hitting the brackets on the bottom teeth. By Friday night the wire had popped out completely from the end bracket. Going back there tomorrow to see if they can install properly or just remove them if they can't and we will go somewhere that is more competent. I will update this review once we see what they say tomorrow. ***Update** Wife took the son back on Saturday and had the braces removed and we got a refund of our deposit. They asked that we update our review, so here it is.

Staff are generally ignorant and have no consistent knowledge of your billing or account. FOR INSTANCE THEY ACCUSE YOU OF NOT PAYING BILLS THAT show an paid on your bank account. Rawas assistant (who is really a dentist) is rude. They speak mostly Arabic in presence of a patient.

I've been taking my family here for a few years and they've never let us down. Victoria (I think her name is spelled differently) is always very sweet. Everyone is very knowledgeable and considerate. I feel confident recommending this office.

Dr Chan are amazing dentists who are caring and always answer questions. Provide options and preventative care guide which are beneficial. Their staff are friendly and the facilities are immaculate. Been going here for a 8 years or more. Highly recommend

I have been a patient of The Firehall Dentist for nearly 20 years, and I continue to visit them since moving out the area. The dentists, their team of hygienists, and front office staff are all incredibly friendly. I appreciate seeing their familiar faces with each visit

We are a family of 6. We have been to several dental offices. We saw the Dawson dental sign and decided to make an appointment. After all of us going for our first appointments we where Blown away with how friendly, personable, clean and understanding Dawson dental has been. My children have high anxiety about the dentist to the point where we have had to leave in middle of appointments. Each one of us walked out of Dawson dental calm and with a smile. We can't thank you enough Dawson dental. What an incedible experience thank you to all the staff. You are all amazing!!

Dr.Shaffer is excellent! She treated me with care and understanding throughout the appointment and took the time to explain every little detail to keep me at ease. Knowing my anxiety with any dental procedure they were extremely patient and attentive to my needs. I highly recommend Aldente Dentistry you will be impressed. Thank You!

Very painful experience, not honest place, they can change your hygienist just because some one else need that appointment time and he or she will PAY . I have almost 5 years with them, I regret that, go find another place that respect you and themselves, they don't deserve the one star I gave them

I just want to thank the whole staff at Eastgate Dental for all their wonderful help and support. For years and years I have had severe anxiety with regards to the dentist due to a horrible past experience with a dental surgeon. I expressed my concerns to the staff at Eastgate dental and they assured me they would be both very gentle and understanding. I can't thank them enough for how amazingly I was treated. From the receptionist, to the hygienist, to the dentist the whole experience was wonderful. I was greeted by the ladies at the front and upon check in was taken to the back to have the procedure started. I believe the girls name was Tara, she was an angel. She made me feel so at ease that I actually was laughing during the procedure and the dentist Dr. Jomy (sp?) couldn't have done a better job. They have helped me overcome such a fear that now I actually cant wait to go back to the dentist!! I am very thankful to have found such an amazing dental office and would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a great dentist and anyone who has a fear of the dentist as I once did. Thank you again and cant wait to come back for my next appointment!!!

By far the most knowledgeable and intelligent dentist I've ever been to. He and his assistant Catherine are so kind and helpful. I learned so much during my visit, and patiently answered all of my questions.I'm giving them 5 stars, and recommending them to everyone I know.
