Great service, came in on emergence due to severe pain related to one of my wisdom teeth. Dr Koniouchine was kind enough to see me on a very short notice, his staff was friendly and overall service was excellent. A++ to Rockliffe Dental, Dr Koniouchine and his entire stuff. My Family just started going to Dr Kajiura's and it's been a wonderful experience. My kids are 10,12 & 15 and the just love Dr Kajiura, the way he jokes around and makes them feel at ease, and at the same time, is very professional and diligent in his work. It is very refreshing to find such a great dentist in Ottawa.

The receptionist took it upon herself to chastise me because another member of my family kept cancelling their visit. I found this VERY unprofessional. Even after I spoke with Dr C about this, I still didn't get an apology for the appalling behaviour. After 12 years of loyalty to this clinic, I decided it was time to part ways. I've since found a much nicer and more pleasant office on Bank.

Traumatic fear of dentists from childhood was erased by one visit.

The level of care received from Dr. Madalina Soarec at the Besserer Dental Clinic today is probably the best I have ever received. After a long history of less than stellar previous dental experiences with other dental specialists, I was quite apprehensive about seeing a new dentist. Dr. Soarec understood my complex health issues, made a comprehensive professional assessment of the situation and took charge of my dental emergency with undeniable expertise and utmost care, making sure I felt comfortable throughout the procedure, checking on my pain level all the time and keeping me under observation post-op. Her delightful personality was a bonus. Dr Soarec and the dental assistant, a trustworthy professional team have been a godsent for me today and I could not recommend her more. Thank you very much, I am looking forward to my next appointment.

As a patient of Dr. Serena Wong, DMD, Bsc., I have been extremely impressed with the clinical care and professionalism right from the start. Changing dentists is often a difficult decision but I can attest that this was one of the best decisions I have ever made. I am a nervous patient and require local freezing whenever I have my dental hygiene appointment as my teeth are extremely sensitive. Right away Dr. Wong put me at ease along with the staff at Pretoria Bridge Dental and accommodated my every wish. Now I am very comfortable keeping my dental appointments knowing that I will be treated with exceptional care. Dr. Wong takes the time with her patients to explain in detail the treatment plan and answers any questions or concerns. It is nice to know in a world so chaotic that you can go to a dental appointment where the staff are welcoming and the dentist is calming and reassuring! I was scheduled for a root canal with my original dentist in Kanata this coming Tuesday, but my tooth was hurting badly so I initially called my dentist to see if he can look at it today, but unfortunately he was unavailable and overbooked which I completely understand. (It was my fault for rescheduling/delaying it this long due to my vacation earlier) However, my tooth was hurting to the point that it needed attention, and a colleague friend of mine suggested I call the Rideau Dental Centre since it was close to where we work and that's where she goes to. Lisa, the receptionist was nice to take my call and was able to fit me in their schedule. Elaine kindly assisted me to see Dr. Lui and he was able to prescribe me antibiotics that would make the pain go away and also get me ready for my next appointment with my dentist to perform the root canal. (The tooth pain is now gone as I'm writing this!) The funny thing is I found out that Dr. Lui is the cousin of my Dentist, Dr. Lau in Kanata. Small world! Not surprise though, as both are very knowledgeable, patient, and pleasant to talk to. Thank you again, Rideau Dental Centre!

Dr. Jing Jing Li did an amazing job on my crown last week! She has such a gentle touch and made sure that I was comfortable for both of my appointments. Going to the dentist can be stressful but Dr. Li and her staff made the procedure as comfortable as can be! I highly recommend anyone who is looking for an Ottawa dentist to give Metcalfe Dentistry a try.
