A negative experience Had a disappointing experience with UCC Dental. Short story is that they did some minor work for my daughter. The work cost just over $200, which was paid in full at that time. The work they did failed after 8 days. My daughter returned to UCC Dental and they redid the work, this time more substantially (ie. using glue on *every* tooth to reattach a wire), at no cost. This time the work failed after 2 days. Within 2 days, all of the glue on every tooth completely came off.
My daughter elected to not return to UCC Dental for a 3rd repair and unfortunately UCC Dental has declined the request to refund the cost of the twice-failed work. Instead, they've offered to replace it a third time. However, given the evidence and the poor experience, this is not an option she will proceed with.

The Dr. and staff are the most amazing people possible, and make the experience a good one. They even go as far as to make sure I've had the same assistant helping Dr. Tabbara. I went to Dove on Southdale & Adelaide just to get ripped off and not get done why I went in. After the Dove and $2200 and NOTHING DONE. I found South London Dental . And WOW AM I GLAD I DID. In less than a week they had my partial denture done and my front tooth fixed. While Dove took 6 months and used up ALL my insurance and didnt get my dentures done. But when they saw that my insurance renewed they called me in for cleaning. LOl Scams!! Thanks to Jason Farlow now I can smile again!! The Best Dentist in London by far!!

I brought my daughter for her first visit to the dentist to ALBA Dental center. I was at ease with the service my daughter had received ! The front staff were amazing with her, the dentist Dr. Baalbaki is an amazing dentist ! When my daughter left the dentist she was excited to go back not scared.
