Dentists

Kind, gentle and professional

As i reflect on the blessings i have received all my life...How grateful I am that I was introduce to Dr. Shen which i had the very best experience in his dental office and his staff at Parkway Dental as among my blessings! From my very first visit at the office, I was made to feel welcome and comfortable both by the friendly competence of the staff and the pleasant environment of the office itself. Dr. Shen inspires the utmost confidence by his smile which is so wide that speaks up his personality who extends help and undestand your need. His wealth of knowledge, skill, and professionalism is very outstanding. I have my highest recommendation to Dr. Shen and "KUDOS" everyone at the Parkway Dental!

This was my first seeing a dentist in a very long time! From the first phone call to the initial appointment my experience was fantastic! Dr Carmona and his team are top notch, so welcoming, friendly and professional! I was totally informed through the whole process, I also had my 8 year old son see Dr Carmona, he really liked him and has no hesitation to go back to see him! Simply put.. I will refer and highly recommend Dr Carmona to everyone who asks!! :)

Over the last 15 years Mr. Chris Baggs, RDT and his team of experienced dental technicians have supported and enhanced or dental clinic by providing beautiful, predictable restorative solutions in each and every case. I truly appreciate the custom staining chairside service Identity provides as it creates additional value for me as a dentist and for our patients. Dr. Ellen Dayan

I went to see Dr. Weidman recently as I needed some work done on my teeth/gums. The procedure I had went so smoothly, way better than I expected. Dr. Weidman is extremely gentle and caring and I am delighted to find a Periodonist that is both personable and knowledgeable. Dr. Weidman and every one of his staff go above and beyond make the whole experience a pleasant one.

I was hesitant to visit any dentist fearing shame due to the prolonged time between check ups! Dr. Fernandes and his team made me feel very welcomed and dealt with our insurance companies in a very professional manner. I must also add that during this time we lost a beloved pet family member. When Dr. Fernandes found out he took time in his busy schedule to chat with me in his office and offer supportive listening. I highly recommend Brock Rd. Dental. Thank you Dr. Fernandes and team!

Dr. Cohen and his team have made us feel comfortable from our very first consultation. Not only are they incredibly professional, but they also create a warm and welcoming atmosphere that puts our children at ease for every appointment. Both Mackenzie and Caden are just at the beginning of their orthodontic journeys, and in the few short months that we have been working with Dr. Cohen we are already seeing some wonderful results in both of their smiles. We would like to thank Dr. Cohen and his team for making us all feel like part of the "family". Warm regards

Personally I feel this should be the standard for dental care in kids the team is amazing and they make a point to take their time and walk you though all the info we Love Dr. RAE

Amazing!!!!! The staff and environment is very chill and the dentists and hygienist are all so kind and helpful my whole family has never had any issues. Defiantly recommended for anyone looking for dental work!!!!

Great employer

Horrible... I went here for my wisdom tooth removal and my three fillings and it was just horrible experience. Never going back there again. Not worth it.

My husband and I have been to several dentists and we are so happy to have found Parr Dental. Everyone is extremely professional, knowledgeable, friendly and without a doubt, the best dentist we have ever been to. The office is run with such efficiency and the staff is just as friendly and professional. We trust the dentist’s advice implicitly and have never had a problem with any of the work he has done for us. I also feel like this dental clinic in Ajax uses the most up to date technology, which is so important. We wouldn't think of using another dentist. They are absolutely terrific!

Never actually went to this Dental Office. I called them on Friday for a little cavity, the person I reached said let me check if I have an appointment for you. They called back 5 minutes later and said they had an appointment for 6 pm. They asked me if I was in pain. I was not really in pain and said it was not an emergency. They then said that they no longer had the appointment and were going to give it to someone with a more pressing issue? Within a span of thirty seconds while I was on the phone with them they somehow found someone with a more pressing issue? My appointment was for a small cavity, if someone had a more pressing issue I am sure it would be worse than a small cavity. This conversation took place at 4pm. They wanted to make extra money off of the emergency appointment and since they were not going to make the extra 200$ they cancelled the appointment. Just goes to show you that this office cares more about money than their patients. What a disgrace and a dishonor calling themselves "Doctors". More like Doctors of Sales.

Great customer service and clean clinic
