I highly recommend this very professional dental office. I am a long time patient who has had many visits over the years and all visits have been exceptional. The staff are welcoming, professional & compassionate. Dr Laura Hudgins is a breath of fresh air. When I first went to her office, i had the usual anxiety one gets when going to the dentist After just one visit I never again had that anxiety again . I have recommended Dr. Hudgins to friends who are now happy patients. Thank You Laura for being who you are and thank you for having the best team there for all of your patients. It’s a wonderful experience from start to finish. Looking forward to my next visit.

Dr. Galbraith has been our family dentists since I was a kid, the care has been top-notch. Clinic is well managed, staff are excellent, warm and friendly. Claims are instantly submitted electronically to our benefits carriers for fast, efficient processing. Highly recommended!

I have been with Dr. Jibb for almost 20 years. He is a very friendly and gentle dentist and his Assistants and Hygienists are great and do a good job. The only draw back I had was with his receptionist who I have had more than one run in with. They no longer call you to remind you that its time to come in for a check up (I had not been told this previously or been informed by mail) which is a feature I miss but more importantly, when I did make an appointment for a tooth that had been previously worked on and was giving me a big problem, pain, bleeding gums and then the filling fell out, I had to wait 3 weeks for an appointment. When I arrived I was told that I did not have an appointment that day nor did I have one at any time, I must not have made the appointment. I don't drive across town on a whim to lie about having an appointment when I did not. I left with an appointment again, much later but instead I was angry and tried a new dentist in town. They call you to remind you of an appointment and took me within a couple of hours, fixed my tooth, which looks and feels great and I no longer have bleeding, swollen gums as a result. Yesterday I received a call from the receptionist at Dr. Jibbs office asking if I wanted an appointment as they have not seen me in a while. Its been 6 + months since I had my tooth repaired by the new dentist. In total I have not been in for a cleaning in about 2 1/2 years to their office. I have, however, had my teeth seen to by the new dentist. I feel torn as this was not the fault of anyone but the attitude of his receptionist who, in my opinion, is preoccupied with something and not looking after the patients.

Wonderful experience! Very knowledgeable about dental hygiene, gave me lots of free stuff and advice. Probably the gentlest dental experience I've had.

Our family has been going to Dr. Moore for years. I used to sit in a dentist chair and be filled with anxiety, but my experiences with Dr. Moor have been incredible. So gentle and pain free. His staff make you feel like you are family. So kind. Always on time, professional and very skilled, regardless of the dental work being done (cleanings, filings, crowns, appliances, etc). Highly recommend.

Dr. Kaller and the team at Kawartha Orthodontics looked after my daughter's orthodontic needs and I could not be happier with the results. Everyone was professional and courteous and willing and able to answer any question we might have. The educational forms we received throughout the entire process were valuable, as there are so many instructions received, that it is too much to remember. Also, on some occasions I didn't accompany my teen into the clinic, so they provided me with the necessary information needed to help guide her and ensure her teeth stay looking great over time. My daughter has a beautiful smile and we can't thank Dr. Kaller enough.

Outstanding and professional. I have been a patient of Dr. Bastian's for about ten years. He works quickly, efficiently and diligently, and I have always found him to be very personable and helpful. I am someone who is always interested in the latest developments in the sciences, and enjoy enquiring of Dr. Bastian about new developments in dental surgery such as tooth transplants or regenerative medicine, as examples, and he is always up-to-date with the latest information and seems keenly interested in it. Fortunately for me I have experienced very few dental problems throughout my life, and nothing outside of the scope of a general dental practice, but I am confident that should I ever experience complex dental or intra-oral issues that Dr. Bastian would be able to provide the best techniques and treatments, as well as having a solid network of specialists that he can refer to (such professional networks are a valuable resource, and I have no doubt that Dr. Bastian is held in high regard among his peers). One of the most impressive things about Dr. Bastian is his acceptance of any patient in need of his services, and his going above-and-beyond the call of duty - certainly above-and-beyond what many of his colleagues would do - to help as many patients as he can. Like in many Ontario cities there are few dentists, here in Peterborough, who will even see patients who are on welfare or disability benefits. I have referred several people on welfare to Dr. Bastian with no issues from his office regarding accepting the patients, quick appointments booked for them, and the same high level of quality care provided to those patients as to the patients who have the money to pay or have generous employer-provided insurance plans. The latest patient I referred has received, within the past two months, a couple of thousand dollars of dental surgery, and easily a thousand dollars or more of it not reimbursed by the municipally funded welfare program. Unlike the vast majority of others dentists who might even accept a patient on welfare in the first place, Dr. Bastian does all the work that needs to be done, with the best interests of the patient in mind (e.g., saving the tooth if possible vs. just pulling it) and clearly absorbs the financial loss so as to not deny every patient equal care regardless of their ability to pay. Perhaps that is part of his Christian (which he is) as well as professional ethics, I don't know, but he is to be commended for his professional management and professional and personal caring of all his patients. Early this year I referred another person on welfare whose own family dentist would not see him if it was a welfare case, but would see him if he could come up with the cash or his mother agreed to pay the bill, and the bill would be nearly $1000.00 for a cleaning which his dentist insisted had to be done in four separate visits (quarter mouth each visit) and with local anaesthetic. The patient asked that the work just be completed in a single visit and without local anaesthetic, and the dentist refused this. Under the $400/year maximum allowance for dental work provided to persons on welfare Dr. Bastian did a full cleaning, xrays and general exam in a single visit, and then a dental filling on a second visit. Now, I would like to say that I hope my comments won't lead to any problems for Dr. Bastian with a patient arguing about services or cost and referring to my posting and telling Dr. Bastian, "But I read online that you did (this or that) or charged (this or that) for another patient" ... I think it understandable and fair that those individual decisions be left up to Dr. Bastian, and I have full confidence that he makes decisions equitably and fairly, but business is business and I can understand that charity has limits, as it does for all of us. He certainly can't be expected to take every patient on welfare, as an example, and keep a business running doing two, three or four times more work than he is actually paid for.

This review is pertaining to my experience at the Dentistry on Derry is Mississauga, owned and operated by the same Dentist. I can't review that location at the moment but I just have to publicly praise the good practices of this establishment and the Dentists who own it. A little over two weeks ago I started feeling severe pain on my gums and was waiting for it to go away. The pain persisted and when I saw the dentistry on my way to work, I figured I would see if they could take me. I came in as a walk in and the environment was inviting and friendly. I explained the situation and they got me into a chair for x-rays immediately. Dr. Datta came in and checked my gums. He saw that there was an infection that was causing the pain and prescribed me antibiotics that would help. Dr. Datta was kind and was genuinely concerned for my well being. He was friendly and was easy to talk to, you can tell that working with him would be great because all of his support staff seemed happy. When leaving, Dr. Datta asked me if I had benefits to cover the visit, and that he would waive the fees if I didn't. This meant the world to me because I had just incurred some unforeseen expenses the day before when my car was smashed up in a parking lot hit-and-run. Dr. Datta didn't know this and still offered his generosity. This is something that I am not used to with the dentists I have seen in the past. The dentists I have had are more concerned about their own pockets than your health. Dr. Datta was the polar opposite. I was expecting to be out of pocket for $200+ and after all was said and done it was far below that.... I went in for a check up today and the same positive vibes filled the office. I came in early because my work schedule changed and they still accommodated me. Dr. Datta check on my gums, which have now healed, and was the same kind person as the week before. There were different support staff, and yet they all had the same cheerful vibes. Overall this experience has made me want to change dentists. If there wasn't a 50 minute drive between where I live and Dr. Datta's Dentistry I would be transferring today. Same goes for the rest of my family, my mother is seriously considering it. I cannot stress enough how great this experience was. To see a health professional be genuinely interested and concerned with your health is not as common as it should be. There are a lot of bad apples out here who are more concerned with their bottom lines. Dr. Datta is proof that there are health professionals who are in the field for the love of the work and it this has been such an uplifting experience. I want to whole heartedly thank Dr. Datta and his staff. As soon as the Dentistry on Derry can be reviewed, I will be the first.

If I could give more than a 5 star rating, I would! I am not a fan of going to the dentist but ever since I have been coming here, the staff and Dr. Chiang have been amazing. I have had everything from a standard cleaning to root canal. Everything is done at the utmost professionalism.

He's a great dentist! Knows what he's doing and has been doing it for years! I have been going to him for 2 years now and he's just amazing!
