Dr Mawashi has been our dentist since we moved to Hanover in 2000. When he relocated to Owen Sound he was and still is our family dentist. Professional, courteous and friendly I cannot recommend him and he team enough!

They are gentle, and friendly. It is a nice place to go to get dental work done. Dr. Chung stinks at pingpong but drills pretty good. As good an experience as one can have in that situation..

Bringing my daughter their for braces:) so far it's been great! ( 6 maths in 4 yrs to go lol) Can't rate dr too much ( not in the room) but as far as consultations all is good. Polite, seems honest. Questions answered. But the girls that work for him are soo far 100% great ! They make that place run smooth... Dr James wouldn't be the great dentist he is without his team! They are polite, understanding, sincere! They work with you for scheduling, payments, paperwork, insurance, etc They have your best interest at heart! If they can save you money on treatments or how it is paid they will go out of their way to figure it out! I'm a single mom of 3, and my daughters ortho work will cost $5000-7000 in the next 4 yrs.... I sometimes don't know if I will have the money to cover the appointments fees, but the girls have always been understanding , non judgmental. Sometimes they will let me come a couple weeks late with payment ( with no penalty, or ask only for half right away) They have help with Ontario smiles program for the non ortho treatments ( like cleanings, or cavities) They have always answered my questions and if they didn't know the answer they would find out for me:) And to top off I LOVE the text reminders they send to my phone!!! Helps keep things organized :)

Very good dentist office. They are very nice too you as you walk through the door.

Was there when needed for emergency tooth removal during covid 19 pandemic. Was gentle, kind and very well priced compared to other dentist in town.

Very kind always great me with a smile, very informative and have a flexible schedule, I have anxiety about going to the dentist but they work to help ease my anxiety and always answer all my questions, I recommend them to everyone, they are also very affordable.

I would never go back to this office for any dentist. I had a appointment and called for a earlier one. They said a time I was there for 1 hour and 18 mins and was still waiting. I walked out since I never got in. My appointment was 2:25 to start with and still never got in when I was told I would. Sad place that doesn't value clients.

I am very comfortable going to see Dr. Beanish. Her office is very welcoming and the staff is friendly. I have been going there for a few years and couldn't imagine going anywhere else.

Yesterday morning I chipped my tooth knowing that it was Sunday and nothing could be done I woke up early in the hopes that I would be able to get my tooth fixed today, it was pretty bad chip right in the front. Since I don't have a dentist in Petawawa most dental offices wouldn't take me, but they did as an emergency patient he did an amazing job fixing my tooth and I'm beyond the moon happy with how I was taken care of in the span of my visit.

I was referred to kawartha Endodontics by my dentist for a problem with a tooth (resorption). They took more xrays even though my dentist had done it twice recently on that tooth and insisted on a ct scan which is not covered by any dental plan. That was $330. I was initially told it would take 2-4 weeks to get results. So after not hearing from them for 5 weeks I called for an update. Now the time frame was 4-6 weeks. Ok. Waited again and still nothing. Finally I got my dentist to contact them and see what was going on. Several days later I got their call which I missed so I returned it when I got home. A lady named Courtney answered the phone and told me to hold. A couple minutes later she came back on line and said "Hello?" I replied this is still me waiting on hold. She then said " oh you. There is a defect in your tooth and your dentist will have to look at it. I think we forwarded the info already. Goodbye." The defect was already known from the numerous xrays, but whatever. It is the dismissive tone and lack of interest or courtesy from the staff once there was no money in it for them that was so insulting. So months later and still not able to bite into anything harder than bread, I get to start all over again. Everything I searched on Dr. Kilistan shows her to be excellent in her field and seemed great when I met her. So maybe the trick is just getting past her staff.
