Dr Nix has been my dentist for over 30 years. He is very professional and friendly. Recently a tooth had to be extracted. The entire procedure was explained to me. The experience was painless and there was no discomfort at all. His staff, Robin and Lisa, are friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Springbank Dental.

The only reason they get any star is because you have to give at least 1 star for a rating.
I called, spoke to receptionist who was extremely rude, I explained my situation, and was told I would get a call back within next 4 hours. I received NO call back. When I called again, I was told they don't "do" call backs.
Being as I was not their patient, they had to receive all of my insurance papers before I could be seen. This procedure I was told would take 1 full fay to process. By this point, I went to Lakeside Dental in Woodstock, where I was greeted, and had an immediate appointment and was taken care of very well.
I wouldn't recommend this office to a dog! Lakeside is the place to go!

I love Woodstock Square Dental. I find it really hard to fit dentist appointments into my busy schedule. The amazing, friendly and caring staff help me do that. They are super flexible and are always willing to help. They have some of the best dentists and hygienists that I've ever seen at any dentist office. Very professional and top notch!

Lakeside Dental is absolutely wonderful! I walked in there with no appointment because of an abcessed tooth. They fit me in immediately, gave me a prescription for the infection, and gave me an apointment 10 days later. Even though I was not their patient. Needless to say, I am now, along with my whole family.
