Dentists

Excellent service+quality. Just what we needed!

Very rude.

Excellent service at good prices, I lost my car key and needed to cut and program a new key. Leon was my technician, he was quick and professional 30mins after I had phoned in he was at my place and in the next 45mins I had a brand new key cut and programmed for my vehicle.

Five star rating!!! This is the best office ever. Especially if you have kids all of the staff are very gentle. Dr. Gharai is also very hygienic and has all the new technologies that are needed to make sure everything is sterilized properly. She and all of her staff are extremely professional and kind as well.

Professional, great and hard working doctors.

Great location and free parking.

I know Dr Cohen since 2001 when he has the practice at Parkway forest. We were their customers for eight years; then time changed we moved out. Came back, and I was looking and found his info on Sheppard Yorkland Dental. This time it feels like money grabbing scam. In 250& just 25% of my cleaning was done. The insurance deductible I paid was like going to any XYZ Dental cleaning. I can have my cleaning done in the deductible amount only. My concern was not the amount, but they need to communicate all the process, how much treatment was needed, and how much the total cost, before starting the procedure. I had previous experience of this type where dentists try to add work like unnecessary X-rays, some extra procedures, etc., its Ok if everything is previously communicated and agreed. I am very disappointed with the SYD money-grabbing scam. I talked to their assistants to sort this out and possibilities if they accept their mistake, but they do not care. Unfortunately, it was my last visit to them; they killed the hen to get all eggs once but lost the hen & one egg every day.

As a somewhat difficult patient I just have to say that these guys go above and beyond to make you feel relaxed and happy. Well worth the drive to the area. Highly recommend.

The receptionist actually hung up on me while I was asking for emergency help. Dr. Cohen, unfortunately, has been represented by this cow for decades. Patients needing his services should bypass her and show up in person and talk to the doctor directly.

Dr. SIVENDRA has been my Dentist for over 25 years and he is a very caring and amazing dentist. The staff are wonderful and very friendly. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for an Excellent Dentist!!!!

Very rude receptionist when I explained my issue she was more concerned about correcting my mistake than helping me. Extrememly bad service I will never be a client.

I'm alive thanks to the gentle hands of Dr. Naqvi. Every time I go there I feel confident in her skill because she's always upgrading with new techniques and procedures. The staff always makes you feel welcomed and relaxed and friendly. The offices are clean bright and very high tech. I recommend her services and her staff to everyone and I always talk about my experiences there, good experiences .thanks to everyone!!! Doug Martin

Our family has been going to this office for many years. We always feel welcome when we go there and they are wonderful with my children.

I was a patient for 25 years at the Dental Office, extremely happy there with a team of professionals with integrity. After 25 years, my team retired but I was not extended the curtesy of being told in advance they were retired. The hygienist that I dealt with reprimanded me under her breath on my first visit with the new team. As I no longer lived in the area I changed dentists closer to home. TWO YEARS after my last appointment, I was contacted and informed I owed $20. I am so glad I am no longer a patient!

Dr. Benedict, Lui, he was late for 15 minutes without any explanation or apology. He did not ask me anything related to my dental history or concern of this appointment, instead, started joking around with nonsense and start straight away scaling teeth with hurting my lips carelessly by tools a few times. No communication during the whole treatment and stormed away without any follow up right after the polishing.
