I had a fractured front tooth from a surfing accident in Tofino in June and Dr. Layton was the first dentist to see me after the accident. I was very, very impressed with the entire experience. Him and his staff went above and beyond to save the tooth and did a great job splinting the tooth. He was extremely professional and helped me to understand what had happened, what my options were, and what I should expect going forward. It was an after hours call but the billing was still very reasonable. I don't have enough good things to say about him and his staff.

Dr. Protzer is an excellent dentist. He takes the time to explain every procedure he is doing, so you aren't left in the dark wondering, "What is happening now?" He is a professional and I would highly recommend Dr. Protzer to everyone.
His office staff is efficient and a pleasure to deal with. They are extremely helpful and have a great rapport with the patients.

Dr. Chisholm has been our family dentist since 2011 and she is fantastic. We've had dentists in the past who recommend procedures just to make money, but not Dr. Chisholm. Her hygienist, Joan, is superb. We'd highly recommend Eagle Point Dental if you're looking for a dentist in Nanaimo.
