I had a molar removed by dr.naqvi yesterday, and was totally impressed by his knowledge, demeanor, and charm. I went to highschool with him and didn't know he worked here. He was the smartest kid in our grad class and it shows. Definitely someone I felt comfortable seeing with the forceps. And that clinic! Wow, super high-end but with the warm, kootenay touch of my favorite local painting icon John Cooper. Added bonus? I woke up the next morning with zero pain or swelling. Amazing experience.

This team is amazing!! They got my daughter in on very short notice and fixed her chip tooth within an hour. Now I know this does not happen often and I should be lucky they got us in so quick but under the circumstances they were brilliant and very fun, sweet and kind. we are absolutely switching dentists! Thanks so much team!!

I went to Randy Ling Denturist because several of my family members in the past went to him for dentures and partials and were always very happy with his work. I did read his reviews though. I found Randy to be top notch, professional, gentle, kind and very accommodating to my timelines. I was also impressed that his daughters are training under him to be denturists as well. You can tell that the years of experience Randy has is showing already in them. I was told by my dentist that it may be difficult for a partial to hold on to much because of the location of where the teeth were missing, however this made no impact on Randy who immediately knew the perfect solution. It only showed me that experience is everything The partial was comfortable from the first time I put it in. I have only had one adjustment. and things are good already. I will go back and have a small adjustment to finish this off. I highly recommend his services to anyone that needs dentures or partials.

This place is so horrible, sketchy, and unethical. I had a small spot that needed a touch up on bonding work. Normally I'd go to my family dentist but the travel is far and I thought it would not be an issue to go this place for a quick 20 minute fix, since it's close to where I live. So they did the patch job, but then called up my long term family dentist who I really like, and told them that I no longer want to go there and to close my file. They actually did that. I never told anyone there to do this at all and made it very clear at the appointment that the visit was for a one time thing, with no intention of returning. On top of all that when I was getting the patch on my tooth they did all these unnecessary x-rays, and booked me in for a cleaning as well, which was super difficult to cancel. Also, the dentist called me on a Saturday night at 6 pm to chat with me. How weird and creepy is that? This place is very shady, not a family-friendly environment, and I strongly recommend to

Dr. Liu took over from the Dentist that retired. I had been going there for many years.. I live in Maple Ridge and thought this was a good time to make the change for someone closer to home. But, I thought I would give Dr. Liu a try first. Sure glad I did. I had my cleaning done and she was very gentle and caring. I really liked that she took the time to explain things to me. I had a broken tooth and she did a crown. Excellent care and done painlessly. I will continue to see Dr. Liu.. worth the drive! I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Liu to my friends and family.

Probably one of the best dentists I've been to. Friendly people, prices are good and most important of all I feel absolutely nothing.

Good service, i've been a long time customer and have always been pleased with the service

Due to sharp tooth pain, my wife came to see Dr. Karla Pentzke on Thursday, May 17th 2018 at 7PM. The office was closed although their working hours on Thursday were from 9AM to 7:30PM. A day before during the scheduled appointment my wife was advised to call their emergency number at 604-512-9254 if any pain during off-hours. So we placed an emergency call at 7:09PM explaining them the situation with sharp pain and left a callback number. We expected the doctor would return a call and suggest something. After two days no one called. And it looks like we cannot expect their call until Tuesday 22nd per their schedule. I understand the doctor may be on vacation during a long weekend, that's fine. But why then they provided my wife with the emergency phone number if they do not actually check the messages? They gave us a hope, they said they would be able to help in case of a pain. It would be fairer just to say - "Hey, we will be closed. If an emergency - go to the hospital" and we would
