I cracked a tooth at lunch, and called these folks and they worked me in as a new patient. They fixed my tooth before dinner, and I was very pleased. The staff was friendly, and made me feel welcome. I will surely return.

I would give this place more stars, however they have terrible customer service. They are quick to cancel an appointment if you dont "confirm" immediately- taking up to a month and a half to reschedule. They sent out the "confirmation" text message on a Thursday afternoon for a Monday appointment. The office was closed when i called on Friday to confirm. So, my Monday appointment (which I had been waiting a month to get in) was cancelled. The dentists are great- Front desk no so much. I would consider choosing another dentist. I know we are.

The office manager is not friendly. The office is old and outdated. The chairs are worn and extremely uncomfortable. There are no private rooms. Each chair sits next to each other and is barely separated by part of a wall at the end of your feet. I don't like looking over to see other patients. I don't like that I can hear their drill or that they can hear my information being discussed. It was such an unpleasant experience from beginning to end. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone & I never plan on going back. Dentist didn't seem caring or considerate either. I was truly disappointed. :(

Terrible attitude towards patients.I was asked to wait outside the first time I came in. The office was having a meeting. When I was having a porcelain crown put on, I asked to be numbed beforehand. During the procedure a started to yell it hurts, Dr.Stange told me ," well close your mouth and breathe through your nose!" He told his assistant to shut up we she told me it would be alright. Would never go to this practice again!!

I cannot praise this office enough! After dealing with dental issues and dentists all my life, I landed in this office where the care, professionalism and skills of Dr Kooshki and Dr Sadr are truly unmatched. Dr Kooshki was incredible during my teeth extractions (so gentle and no pain)! Dr Sadr created my new smile with so much precision and care! I never been so comfortable at a dental office. Thank you both and your staff for your level of professionalism. I wish you were closer but I don't mind driving the 30 miles to receive that level of care.
