Super sweet dentist, even my kids love her!

I've been seeing him for a complicated teeth ordeal and all along the way, he and his staff have been so caring and accommodating!

Good experience no problems at all for a deep cleaning and XRay

had tooth that was killing me they squeezed me in offic staff so nice, I'm a dentist phobia they were very understanding

My Go-To Dentist for Implants, Bone Grafts, Tooth Extractions, etc. is Dr. Murphy. All of my work has been done by him, and I have had zero problems with 100% of all of it . My regular Dentist that is my cleaning and primary Dr. now refers his patients go there for extractions, etc. He recently caught a spot on my tongue that needs surgery through MCV.

They were okay at best. I have anxiety about the dentist and finally went in more than four years after my last appointment. The hygienist was very pushy with his opinions (yes, your recommendations are sound, but I only need to hear them once). I ended up having some cavities and decided to take care of them due to having been told about them years back; also due to them insisting I'd need a root canal or more down the line if I didn't take care of them (despite no current issues). I never got an estimate of costs prior to service; I was in the chair, already numbed when I was brought the paperwork to sign. I paid on my way out the door, in tears from my anxiety. I was warned that one was so deep it might be sensitive and could possibly need a root canal anyway. After four weeks, I could not eat or drink hot OR cold things and needed painkillers to sleep at night. I made an appointment with a different practice and was advised I would need that root canal. All of this for a tooth that was not bothering me. Finally, when I booked that root canal, they tell me that my insurance has zero claims on file from Oley, even for the initial cleaning which was 2 months ago. I'm giving three stars because of the pushiness of the staff and disorganization regarding the paperwork; it makes me not want to go back (and I won't). I'd give more off for the pain, but I'll blame my own mouth for that.

Friendly & great with kids.

This is the best group of dental professionals I've ever experienced in fifty five years . They are friendly, helpful and accommodating. The dentists explain your options and discuss prices and what your insurance ( if you have any) will and will not cover. They even offer payment plans! I have never been to a dentists' office that offered payment plans. They are also very flexible about getting you in to be seen as soon as possible if you have a dental emergency

Love Dr Khara and her entire staff. From the receptionist that greeted me when I walked in, to the assistants and hygienist they are all sweet, caring, real, and up front. No unnecessary sales pitches that you run into with DDS offices nowadays. She worked me in for a dental emergency as a first time patient and called multiple times to check up on me, even over the weekend. I would recommend her over and over to all my friends and family!!!!

Me and my family have been coming here for years. Staff has always been really friendly and have always given excellent service. Highly recommend!

Dr. Pratt and her staff are awesome! They are very friendly and always professional. My daughter now has a beautiful smile thanks to Dr. Pratt and all of the wonderful staff at Dominion Orthodontics!
