Dentists

The practice is horrible- the referral coordinator and pedi-manager will lie to you- they (Dr. Scott Sachs was her dentist) placed a referral 3 weeks ago for my 2 year old, after I refused to not extract all 4 of her front teeth (and the 2 second opinions I got agreed), they never sent records to my insurance despite me speaking to them on 4 different occasions and them telling me they did send the records and supposedly calling my insurance themselves too (because they refused to let my daughter see another dentist within the practice). So today my insurance calls them themselves, once again requesting the records to prove she's been seen twice by them, then they called me telling me they wont see her (which my daughter will not be going there again anyways, and that's not why my insurance called), telling me if I want another opinion change my insurance, when I informed them once AGAIN the insurance just wants the office notes for the 2 visits showing she had been seen for the referral THEY placed, she said oh I'm sorry I thought they wanted two attempts in office I'll send the records. I've told them every time I have called- 4 times now- exactly want insurance wanted. I do not recommend this place especially for children who have real dental needs, and you as the parent don't want to be bulldozed and constantly lied to.

Great service, I saw Jackie and Dr. Snyder. Both were welcoming and informative at the same time. Both me and my wife enjoy our time with this group and will continue to come on a regular basis. Thanks so much!

Dr Ross is articulate, gentle, professional, knowledgeable, and forthcoming... His staff is warm and friendly.

I can honestly say that I look forward to going to dentist. I love this office, everyone is so nice and friendly. It is very clean with updated technology. I love my hygienist! It's a place of acceptance and no judgement on dental hygiene practices (I.e. Lack of flossing). The dentists are knowledgeable and are personable. I recommend this practice to all of my friends.

I hate going to the dentist and this was a painless experience from start to finish! The staff who help Dr. Sims are caring and gracious. Dr. Sims has wonderful bed side manner and made my least favorite thing to do into a pleasant experience. He might be the one dentist I'll be going back to for my entire adult life! So happy I finally found them. Dr. Sims is the best ever. Do not hesitate. Wonderful experience. :) highly recommended! Thank you!

I have been going to strawbrige dental for about 18 years. When dr Kahan retired, I was a bit apprehensive About a "new" dentist...I was wrong, same great staff, and dr giufree was friendly,and very courteous. I would recommend these fine professionals to anyone...

Always an exceptional experience. They take great care of my teeth and the team is professional and caring. Dr. Dunham is extremely knowledgeable and very proficient.

Efficient and skilled and concerned. Very well managed and up to date office and sensitive to scheduling and financial concerns. We highly recommend Dr Waterman and her staff. Good people.

I had the best experience here! The hygienist was wonderful, honest, and informative. Doctor Morgan was thorough, honest, and friendly. Everyone was so nice to my 1 year old I had to bring along. I really felt like they wanted me as a long-term patient. I look forward to sticking with them! I really can't say enough about how pleased I was when I left there, which is pretty amazing considering dental visits aren't always great!
