Pleasant staff!! Especially "Genevieve" she is an amazing human being and very helpful!! Everybody else in the staff is very friendly and helpful. Scott, Kevin, Lorraine, Nancy, Shane, Lucia, Michael!! Thanks to all and they have very good collection of beers as well!!

Good little store. Not bad selection considering how small it is. You can order through the lcbo website and get it sent there if you live close by.

I've frequently shopped at this LCBO over the last 6 years and have had nothing but positive experiences, until today. I was shopping with my father and an employee walked up to me in the aisle and asked me if I was of age to drink. I'm 25 so that's totally reasonable, but after I said yes, they followed up by saying that I can't hold alcohol if I'm underage. They didn't ask to see my ID, so at this point I offered to show it, which they replied with "that would be nice" in a somewhat passive aggressive way. All of this would be fine if not a little weird until the next moment. When they saw my ID they commented that I'm a good looking guy and shouldn't be wearing a mask. All of this is inappropriate on SO MANY LEVELS. It is wrong both to comment on a customer's looks in this way, and no businesses should ever tell anyone to not wear a mask. Anyone could have health conditions that still requires them to mask up in public. The employee was named Michelle and seemed new, so I hope management talks to them about appropriate conduct in customer service. I feel uncomfortable with returning to this location, despite nothing but positive experiences until this point.

I received excellent customer service today as I shopped at the Statford LCBO. The employee, Steve provided was very efficient and assisted me greatly today. I was not able to make the survey on the actual LCBO website as this was an instacart purchase and the customer has their receipt.

Stopped in to stock up on the best vodka we’ve ever had, plus their fabulous gin. Chatted at length with Theresa who was very friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommended!

Sara is the nicest employ I have ever came across! She is friendly, smilling and always helpful! She even carries two 24's up on her shoulders into my car! I LOVE going there when she is on shift! SHE ALWAYS PUTS A SMILE ON MY FACE!

Great little store in our great little Town. A great asset to the community. I don't drink but l get a stack of gift cards for Christmas. A no lose gift! You'll never get: oh look, "a label maker" thanks. No it's WOW! Thanks so much, l can't wait to use it. The staff are really friendly and eager to help. The store is small but well appointed and has specialized gifts for every occasion. I love small towns for the wonderful service you get. If you can, get the vaccine or flu shot and let's protect each other!! 🇨🇦
